Great customer care support. I didn't have any options so I have used this service. Food quality is good, tasty, and hygienic. Till now I have used three services.

DO NOT sign up for their service, they refunded me after I cancelled due to terrible service but they withheld $50. There is no one that you can talk to, managers have the worst attitude and are rude. It took me 15 plus days to get part of my money back. Go elsewhere... do not waste your money.

I would say sometimes the food / gravy can have a repetitive taste even though the items change. But most of the time the food is very good as well.
I would like to see daily feedback on each meal being collected through the App or Text. That way they can specifically narrow down on what worked and what didn't work with customers.

The dish2 options perhaps would be better if they had different veggies-- it has been a while since I last had beans, broccoli, and other green herbs. I would like you guys to make sure we are not concerned about balancing our nutrient intakes. Maybe also have a widget showing the nutrients consumed by a person in a week based on the menu he/she selected?
I would be happy if the rotis could get softer.

Just love their food and the variety in their menu. The food is always fresh, properly cooked and a great value for the price. The delivery drivers are extremely professional and make all efforts to deliver my meals on time. The 24X7 customer care team is very polite and open to feedback. Overall, it was our best decision to subscribe for Yogi's Kitchen and we highly recommend it!! Kudos YK team!

I have been a Yogi's kitchen customer & I would like to commend the team for mantaining a hygienic food preparation which is clearly visible from the way food is packed and delivered. The delivery is always on-time# and the drivers are very proffessional.

Extremely poor customer service. Have had to call them multiple times in the last 2.5 months. Delivery time not adhered to, commitment of reimbursement (due to non delivery) still not upheld even after multiple promises in the last 75 days.
