Smelly product and service
I received a MenoRelief Eye Mask I had ordered online, but was dissatisfied with the quality of the product. It had a strong chemical odor, and I would not want this product on my face or eyes not knowing what chemicals I was exposing myself to. There were no cleaning instructions, so the mask could not be washed prior to use. I contacted the company via email to request return authorization. The representative stated that a full refund could only be issued if the product had been tried and had failed. Of course, I could have falsely stated that I had tried it, but I would not lie about using it. I was offered a 50% refund to keep the product, which I declined. I was able to get a return address for shipping, but it is in Canada and I am in the US. Returning the item would cost half as much as I paid for the item. I ended up requesting the 50% refund, which I have not yet received. I would not recommend this company.
