I recently met Yolando thanks to the group of online shopping in Turkey. Orly's group. I ordered from them already 3 times and always answered my questions, the deliveries came carefully packed, I did not wait long for delivery. In short highly recommend !!!

Very exellent service. They said my package would arrive to USA within 3 working days and so it happened. The support service was also very easy to reach and they provided fast and correct answers.

Zu hohe Lieferkosten bei Yollando. Beim Online-Shoppen bitte auch die Zollgebühren einkalkulieren, damit der Spaß nicht böse endet. Damit die Lieferkosten nicht so hoch sind, habe ich mit meiner Familie eine Sammelbestellung gemacht. Für insgesamt ca. 20 kg Gewicht haben wir 250€ Lieferkosten und 180€ Zollgebühren bezahlt. Die Gesamtbestellung hatte einen Wert in Höhe von ca. 400€ Es lohnt sich überhaupt nicht!!!! Ich persönlich mache das nie wieder. Ein Flugticket kaufen und selber fliegen kostet genauso viel. Fallt nicht drauf rein... und außerdem wurden 1 Paar Schuhe nicht mitgeliefert, obwohl die Ware lt. Sendungsverfolgung an Yollando übergeben wurde. Hier habe ich zusätzlich nochmal 20€ Lieferkosten gezahlt und hoffe, dass ich nicht hohen Zoll zahle... also Vorsicht!

Very slow and unprofessional. They've lost part of my package and have increased weights in 5 times just to take more money for delivery. Will not recommend anybody to work with them!

They used to be responsive and helpful, once I never received my package they stopped answering me, they even closed a claim request without answering it.... I lost more than 300$ .. ... they said they will compensate me and they don’t answer my messages now... please don’t trust them

Everything went well. I had two pairs of trousers sent to the address provided by Yollando. From there, the package was sent to Switzerland according to my wishes. It was all transparent.

Very Bad customer service. They promise the customer that we can ship any thing you wish for from Turkey but its not true. Another thing take too loong to replay to your emails which is very frustrating.

I have ordered a scar threatment gel from a turkish website because they only ship within Turkey i have used yollando for reshipping.

Package had been received by them which did not show in the customer panel. I contacted them and they let me know that i have ordered a jel, which they are not allowed to ship to Europe/netherlands.

They gave it to DHL and they rejected the package because written on the product that it should be used under the supervision of a doctor.

1: i warn you not to use this service to order valuable items because they open the package.
2: they are not able to sent a simple creme/gel.
While big websites and sellers on ebay and amazon can do it.

Not perfect but they purchased my product, received it a a Turkish address, and sent it on to me - so happy that they fulfilled the service and the price I paid for that was worth it.

There was an issue with payment, but they responded quickly in the Whatsapp support number and sent an email also notifying of that tech issue - so good service there.

However,
1. I've started receiving a lot of junk/phishing mails, which coincides with when I signed up - so maybe use a secondary mail to make an account.
2. I selected 1-2 day delivery from Turkey. It ended up taking over a week. They responded that this was due to Eid holidays in Turkey - fair enough, but they could have sent a notice, had a disclaimer on the site etc.
But again, perfect service otherwise if you are not in a rush.
