1 star is generous
1 star is generous. It states that there is an easy return policy with a 30day money back guarantee. It is not true. Read the small print and you see returns have to be paid for by the buyer and sent tracked to China. Not even a label supplied. They then deduct 15% for restocking costs. In other words you get back a fraction of the original cost.
When I complained I was offered 10% refund that increased to 15% when I raised further concerns. The items were a very bad fit and I am a standard small. It is very disappointing.

Ordered a dress in the sales £40 arrived ok. Material is like a T Shirt. Poor quality. Could have got it from Temu alot cheaper. It came from China. Costs a fortune to return I believe. No guarantee of getting your money back. Guess I have been scammed with the dress. Never again.

The bag was supposed to be a simple daily use item but it actually looks nicer in person. It holds more than I thought and still does not look bulky. Good purchase for the price.

Company address in Belgium 🇧🇪 is actually China 🇨🇳
Corduroy jacket and waistcoat.
Terrible quality
Flimsy material
Sizing small
Looks like it was made in the dark by a 5 year old child slave, and probably was.
Not worth the carbon footprint.
Delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks
Returns are virtually impossible.

This ‘company’ is dreadful
This ‘company’ is dreadful, the dress I ordered is absolutely nothing like the 1 advertised, the material is disgusting, just cheap rubbish for a dress costing almost £30, I never get conned usually but I honed thought this was a British company the way it advertised- Chinese, won’t refund & posting back costs practically the same as the dress!! Read reviews, I stupidly didn’t this time! Won’t happen again! 😡
