I ordered a rug but it wasn’t delivered, Amazon shipping have sent me proof of delivery which is very unclear but it’s clear that it was just left outside my house near the bins so someone has either taken it or it wasn’t delivered in the first place because all I can see is a tiny box near the bins and this is a 9ft rug

I’ve contacted the seller but they are extremely rude and telling me to contact the courier and now ignoring my emails

They have also taken the payment from my account TWICE! I am absolutely disgusted

I will be taking them to court

I will also be contacting other victims and contacting the media

Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a rug which turned out to be a flimsy blanket. They are refusing to collect the item stating I have to fill the cost of sending it back. Complete rip off

Reading the reviews…. Well not only across eBay, Google and Facebook…. Same reviews over and over again! Do not buy from this company

I had ordered 3 super king bed sheet sets, I was sent 1 double!
I Contacted the seller to inform them of there mistake, to then be asked if I had checked the package correctly…. Basically a plastic bag….

What’s even better is that my package had a sticker on it that stated what should have been inside! So clearly warehouse can’t read

Was then a hassle on there end to send back my double bed sheet that I didn’t order,

They had received the parcel back 4 days ago now…. Still no refund issued despite the constant emails to them, I’ve raised 2 cases with eBay now

Best thing was they asked my to close my case with eBay! So they could then issue my refund, turns out this isn’t the case! Because if you close the case they don’t have to issue you a refund….

So quite fraudulent behaviour from a company…………

I found a number online, rung the company this morning….. it’s typical behaviour…… guy spoke perfect English when he picked up the phone and once I had let him know what I was calling about…. The perfect English had soon disappeared and you could understand a word of it

I will be leaving this review across all platforms this company operates on…. Scamming company

Gave one star because there is no option for zero! The website is misleading, Product listing of four filled cushions is only covers unless you specify, money taken, no order confirmation sent, web chat ignored, customer services untrained and no idea - senior manager rude! Would not deal with them again ever!!!!! Reporting website to CTSI

I too agree with false advertising. I ordered a duvet from this company, stated soft touch, fluffy, supreme quality and ultra soft. It looked and felt like paper, unfortunately I couldn’t send it back as I have had serious surgery to my hands. I they offered me 30% refund then 40% which I accepted. Do not buy from this company, you don’t get what is advertised on their website

The so called Yorkshire bedding company is based in Handsworth Birmingham.
I asked for a return label 2 days ago, it seems they don't like to do returns.
The quality of the duvet I received is awful, If I used it I would be itching all night

All these negative reviews, my delivery all went straight forward I bought via the TikTok Shop on a Wednesday morning and I bought 4 extra deep fitted sheets £28.87
My order was delivered Saturday early evening via Amazon uk.
The bedding was as described in the advert, no argument from me.

Purchased two different mattress protectors from this website and two identical items arrived. When I questioned this the response was that 'both are the same product with different listings'.

This is false advertising, deceitful, and incredibly disappointing. Do not buy from this to website.

Paid for 2 day delivery 7 days later received half the order, the company apologised and said errors happen and it was the the delivery company's error, so said the would send rest of the order in 24 hr post 7 days later still haven't received it, pointless contacting the customer service as it just the same reply, every reply is thanks for your patience but errors happen, terrible company, and don't rely on the 48hr postage promises

Be careful. Product quality received was faulty. The apparent 4.8 stars out of 5 stars are like this for all their product but you can not read them and more importantly can not leave a review for the faulty item to warn others. It is just fake to lure you into a false sense of security.

Ordered a duvet set from these through Amazon on 7th July and still haven’t received it, there carrier collected on the 8th and still don’t have it, won’t buy from these again

Contacted them for help and no customer support what so ever.We have no choice but to contact our bank to try and get a refund.
Stay well away from this robbing bunch of crooks.

I was worried about the bad reviews on here after purchasing purple extra deep fitted sheets. I am pleasantly surprised! So happy with my purchase, was kept informed of quick delivery and for 9 pounds! I'm very happy with the quality. I find it so hard to find a sheet that really fit and these do! Love the colour too

BEWARE THIS COMPANY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. I ordered four pillows advertised on their website as HOTEL QUALITY. What a joke, they were the worst pillows I have ever purchased. I kindly emailed to ask if I could return them. I was told I would have to pay the return postage. I refused as the fault was on their behalf for falsely advertising the pillows as Hotel Quality. After 3 months of trying to get my money back they still refused a refund, offering only a discount. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!!

I seem to be in a minority here but I'm happy with the quality of my duvet covers and bottom sheets.
Delivery was also very fast.

Bought two duvets and a king size duvet cover. The duvets are like the ones available in asda for £8. Nothing like the picture. At least if you spend the same money in amazon u will get a better quality duvet. The duvet is like paper.
Secondly the duvet cover is not cotton as implied by the thread count stated on the website. Overall I am not happy with the product and would definitely not purchase from them again or recommend to anyone. The website description and pictures are misleading, and I would recommend u spending your money elsewhere.

I ordered two double quilts from this company as I wanted to support British business. Unfortunately the quality was very poor and not at all like the online description. As others have pointed out the cover material is like tissue paper!
What has made matters worse is that after just 6 months use the stitching is coming apart. I notified Yorkshire Bedding only to be informed by reply that the return or refund period is limited 14 days! So after that has expired they offer no guarantee at all.
Whilst this clearly does not comply with the sale of goods act and the requirement for satisfactory quality this company does not think this applies to them.
Hopefully any prospective customer of Yorkshire Bedding reading this review, will do themselves a big favour and buy from someone else.

Inaccurate colour

Ordered a rug but it came and was blue and not grey as ordered. I have been told I can send it back, but need to pay passage myself - for such a large item this is a significant cost!

Ordered a buvet which was not good quality. Tried to call over a week no answer tried email no answer tried asking for a quote for a large order didn’t answer . Waste of space. You have to contact them within 14 days otherwise you can’t get a refund or replacement. Maybe that’s why they don’t answer. Reported the company to trading standards . Don’t waste your time or money
