Le résultat est très agréable mais pas sans efforts!
le point négatif c'est les câbles qu'il faut noyer dans l'ensemble afin que le travail soit propre. Ensuite les poignées de freins vous serons d'aucune utilité si vous avez des freins hydrauliques ! ( gaspillage que l'on ne peut choisir! )
Il manque quelques précisions surtout si vous êtes novice techniquement; Pour finir il faut calculer les coups surtout aux prix où l'on trouve certains vélos neufs.

I am very disappointed with the level of support I have received regarding the issue with my YOSE Power battery. Unfortunately, I found your responses slow and, in my experience, the support provided was inadequate and unhelpful.

As I did not receive a satisfactory solution, I had to investigate the issue myself. I searched YouTube and found a video showing how to replace the fuse on the exact battery model that I have.

I then purchased the appropriate blade fuse from my local Halfords store and replaced the fuse myself. I am pleased to confirm that the battery is now working normally and charging again.

While I am glad that I was able to resolve the problem, I am disappointed that I had to find the solution myself despite the product being covered by the 18-month warranty stated by YOSE Power.

I would appreciate it if you could take my feedback seriously and review the level of customer support being provided to customers with products still within their warranty period. Customers should not have to rely on YouTube and troubleshoot warranty issues themselves when seeking assistance from the manufacturer.

Got a replacement e-bike battery on 10 June.

It never charged fully. The pack has five charge LEDs and only four ever lit. Range was poor. I reported this on 12 June. They make me do tests. They tried to sneak their way out of the refund ("note that the accessory battery you provided is not ours").
They sent a return label on 10 August but refused a refund on 13 August: "We'll fix it for you, not a refund."
I shipped the battery on 21 August. YousePower received the package on 26 August.

Since 26 August they have held the battery and the purchase price at the same time. Today is 8 September. No refund, no replacement, no date.
Update: they replied today: "I may have to wait for your review time to pass, and I can't work at the moment".
10 Sept - No refund so I had to open a A-Z dispute with Amazon!

YOSE POWER (lily_yosepower.com) just launched this threat at me:

"If you continue to publish false, misleading, or malicious statements that damage our company’s reputation or make unfounded allegations against YOSE POWER, we will take the matter seriously and reserve the right to seek legal remedies. This may include involving our legal counsel and pursuing appropriate legal action to protect our company’s rights and reputation."

They never named specifically the "false" information.

Ich habe am 09.09.24 einen Gepäckträger Akku bei Yose Power gekauft .Am 14.03.25 habe ich den Akku zweck eines Rückrufs zurückgeschickt. Der neue (alte Akku?)wurde mir dann ein paar Tage zugeschickt. Soweit so gut. Jetzt habe ich das Problem ,das der Akku seine Leistung nicht mehr bringt. Von 80km auf ca. 40Km Reichweite. Ich habe dann den Service angeschrieben .Keine Antwort! Habe nochmal eine Email an den Service geschrieben ,wurde geblackmailt!Habe nochmal eine Email an Info geschickt . Keine Antwort ! Nicht empfehlenswert !

This is my third kit now. Just to clarify, I'm not on my third because they are bad. I use my bike a lot . I've done tens of thousands of miles.

Slight crack to the rim at spoke nipple, typical with hub Motors under heavy use.

To be safe I bought another as was out of warranty.

My new kit arrived within three days and everything was accounted for. I just did a straight wheel swap and left the other bits on. Took for a ride and all good as fully expected from this company.

I've used this company for years now. It's always my go-to and everything always works out the box.

I've recommended them to two of my friends who also absolutely love their yosepower kits. My landlord even just bought one too. 😂

They are highly reliable and I think if you are just using it very casually it should last you the best part of a lifetime.

Customer service are usually exceptionally helpful as well.
