I would like to know where on the terms the additional donation directed to the website is located? my donors are complaining that a 10% of their donation is being billed on top of their donation. This acceptance is often missed when is done on mobiles because the text font is very light. Some of my donors have missed and were billed this additional 10% (which I think is excessive).. for example if one is to donate $1,000 to my fundraising, then, the donor total would be $1,100. Yes, they received two receipts but on the receipt it does not specify why is the 10% charge is for. How can I respond to my donor if this happens. My page is stuck because I have made my donors aware of this and they are afraid they would click too soon on the amount without noticing. I walked on of my donors through to change the 10% additional youcaring donation to "other amount" and then to "zero" donation, but it was exhausting to get to that point. I don't want my donors to be inconvenienced. I have let my donors know because I want to be honest but I think the website is misleading on this portion.

It's not working for me isn't it. My post have been up for a while now and to date no one never donated a dime.

My Best friend suddenly found herself at stage 4 breast cancer and a double mastectomy was the only way to begin an aggressive life saving process. It was an instant 5,700.00 medical bill. She is a single mother and no available credit. I researched the options for assistance and tried the YOU CARE fundraiser. We were SO BLESSED! Within 2 1/2 months the FULL amount was raised she had her multiple surgeries and is NOW ON THE FULL recovery path....Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

YouCaring made our fund raiser possible. When our friend and teacher, the "gentle giant" of the flute world became seriously ill, we wanted to give back in a meaningful way. YouCaring was EZ to set up, and more importantly, was user-friendly so people could easily donate.

I got help on anything I didn't understand! There are no fees! I felt so blessed finding Youcaring website because I was seeing what fundraisers others were using and was shocked how much those companies actually keep for themselves.

Youcaring has been a great fundraising platform to use. I was skeptical and overwhelmed when researching fundraising websites for my nephew. This site is an easy, friendly, and trustworthy way to raise funds for a cause. I would highly recommend it.

I wasn't so sure about using the youcaring site, as I never even heard of it before and always used gofundme before. However, the no fees got me to use it, and I'm more the pleased with my decision. It is so easy to set up an account. It is easy to navigate thru the site, while setting up your fundraising event. I give it 5 stars and will use it again in the future.

We used You Caring to help raise funds for our mum. It was quick and easy to set up, and share on social media. Would definitely use again - which we may have to!
