Dieses Unternehmen hat nur ein Stern verdient! Da es ungerecht gegenüber ihren Mitarbeitern ist.
Mein Partner und ich waren beim selben Unternehmen angestellt, ich war Agent, und er war Teamleiter.
Als ich gekündigt wurde, weil ich meine Ziele nicht erreichen konnte, war mein Freund zu derzeit Projekt los.
Er wartete auf eine Rückmeldung seiner Chefin für ein neues Projekt.
Nach zwei Monaten meldet er sich bei ihr, da er zwei Monate kein Gehalt mehr bekam.
Dann hieß es von der Chefin, dass er nicht zuverlässig sei.
Im Grunde genommen wurde er gekündigt, weil ich gekündigt wurde.
Dieses Unternehmen ist keine Empfehlung.

Sehr schlechte erfahrung beim Yoummday Projekt , mir wurden mehr als 500€ nicht ausgezahlt! Es ist keine seriöse Firma, da man sein Geld investiert um selbständig zu werden und dann kommt sowas. Hoffentlich sehen die Leute dass, bevor Ihnen das gleiche passiert! Und noch eine sache, was das Neesting betrifft solltet ihr euch doch für Yoummday entscheiden, dann macht das Neesting nicht und geht direkt in die Line, da es sehr sehr wahrscheinlich passieren kann das euch das Geld nicht ausgezahlt wird. Ich bin einer der davon betroffen ist aber leider nicht der einzige und auch nicht der letzte, passt auf Leute vor allem die außerhalb Deutschland leben! Ich hatte auch dazu geschrieben um welches Projekt es sich dabei handelt, dennoch darf man das angeblich nicht und ich musste dies löschen. Also ich kann nur sagen es geht hier allgemein um den größten deutschen Telekommunikationsanbieter und nicht direkt um Yoummday. Sie haben mir das Geld nicht ausgezahlt bzw hat die Firma das Geld nicht an Yoummday ausgezahlt, somit habe ich es auch nicht erhalten und deshalb bin ich gerichtlich vorgegangen, was bald auch zu Ende sein sollte, hoffentlich!

Meine Erfahrung mit yoummday ist durchweg sehr positiv. Die Plattform bietet eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, Geld zu verdienen und ist so aufgebaut, dass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Jeder hat die Chance ein Projekt zu finden, das zu deinen eigenen Stärken passt und begeistert.
yoummday ist ein Unternehmen, das gezielt nach Talenten sucht nach Menschen, die motiviert sind, etwas zu erreichen und Teil eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens sein möchten. Wer nur auf schnelles Geld oder reines Schulungsgeld aus ist, wird hier nicht weit kommen. Gesucht werden engagierte Persönlichkeiten mit Ehrgeiz, Lernbereitschaft und dem Willen sich weiterzuentwickeln.
Das Unternehmen hat bereits vielen Menschen die Möglichkeit gegeben, sich finanziell deutlich zu verbessern und erfolgreich zu werden. Genau das zeigt, welches Potenzial in yoummday steckt.
Lasst euch nicht von negativen Bewertungen entmutigen, sondern macht euch selbst ein Bild. Wer bereit ist Einsatz zu zeigen und an sich zu arbeiten für den kann sich der Start bei yoummday wirklich lohnen. Werde Teil deines eigenen Erfolgs und probiere es aus du wirst sehen, es wird sich lohnen!

Um ehrlich zu sein – früher war es bei Yoummday deutlich besser.
Heute ist es gar nicht mehr so. Es wird überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet, was die Mitarbeiter denken, wie es ihnen geht oder was sie erleben.

Das Vergütungsprogramm ist reine Ausbeutung.
Es gibt Fälle, in denen man 3 bis 4 Stunden arbeitet und am Ende mit 1 bis 2 Euro dasteht – weil das System so gemacht ist. Es gibt zwar Momente, in denen man etwas verdient, aber dafür muss man den ganzen Tag am PC sitzen – von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang – nur um sich selbst etwas vorzumachen und zu sagen: „Ich habe etwas verdient.“

Dann kommt noch dazu, dass die Projektleitungen und TTLS untereinander eng vernetzt sind. Es heißt zwar, man sei ein Freelancer, also frei – aber das stimmt nicht.
Zum Beispiel: Wenn man im 123TV-Projekt ist, ist man praktisch „verflucht“. Die Projektleitung blockiert dich dort, und man wird in andere Projekte gar nicht mehr aufgenommen, weil sie es einfach nicht zulassen. Dann bekommt man Absagen – und im Projekt selbst lächerlich niedrige Vergütung, während man schuften muss wie ein Sklave.

Und die Art und Weise, wie manche TTLS Entscheidungen treffen oder Dinge umsetzen, ist einfach nur traurig – nicht alle, aber viele. Unsere Erfahrungen insbesondere im 123TV-Projekt waren wirklich schlimm:
Die Mitarbeiter haben kein Mitspracherecht, keine Stimme.
Man bekommt Aufgaben zugewiesen wie ein Hund – und darf nichts dazu sagen.

Fazit:
Wer wie ein Sklave arbeiten will – herzlich willkommen bei Yoummday. Viel „Spaß“ dabei.

To be honest – Yoummday used to be much better.
Now, it’s not the same at all. There’s no consideration for how the workers feel, what they think, or what they’re going through.

The payment system is pure exploitation.
There are cases where you work 3 to 4 hours and end up earning just 1 or 2 euros, because the system is designed that way. Sure, there are moments when you earn something, but only if you sit in front of the computer from sunrise to sunset, fooling yourself into believing you’ve actually made money.

And then there’s the issue with project managers and TTLS – they’re all connected. They claim you’re a freelancer and free to choose, but that’s a lie.
For example, if you work on the 123TV project, it’s like being cursed. The project leads block you there, and you’re not allowed to join other projects because they prevent it. You get rejections everywhere else – and inside the project you’re paid ridiculously low amounts while being forced to work like a slave.

The way some TTLS handle things is honestly heartbreaking – not all of them, but many.
Our experience, especially in the 123TV project, was awful.
Employees have no voice, no say in anything.
You’re treated like a dog – just given tasks and told to obey.

In short:
If you want to work like a slave – welcome to Yoummday. Have “fun.”

Working with Yoummday has been a truly positive experience. The communication with management is always clear, supportive, and professional, which makes a big difference in the day to day workflow and you can grow in the company as well.

The recent Community Days were fantastic, a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, share ideas, and strengthen the sense of community. The atmosphere and overall work environment are top-notch, making it easy to stay motivated and engaged.

There’s always room for improvement, of course, it would be great to see even more colleagues eager to learn and grow together, not just focus on the tasks. But overall, Yoummday provides a great platform and culture that values people and collaboration.

Das ganze Unternehmen ist mit seiner freundlichen und unterstützenden Art und deren hohen Auszahlungen einfach nur Weltklasse was ich nur allen wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Ich bin, seid ca. August 2018 bei Yoummday, das beste was mir je passieren konnte

Ich bin nun seit mehreren Wochen, eher Monaten, bei Yoummday, aber es ist nach wie vor unverhältnismäßig schwer, überhaupt an Aufträge zu kommen. Für mich ist es deutlich effektiver, mich auf Teilzeitstellen außerhalb von Yoummday zu bewerben.
Auch das Feedback auf Bewerbungen ist ernüchternd: Fast immer erhalte ich wortgleich die Rückmeldung, man habe sich „für Talente entschieden, deren Profil besser zu den aktuellen Anforderungen passt“. Was genau an meinem Profil nicht passt, wurde nie aufgeklärt.

Nach zahlreichen Bewerbungen habe ich insgesamt zwei schlecht bezahlte Jobs ergattern können. Der zweite Auftrag scheiterte direkt zu Beginn, weil vorher nicht klar kommuniziert wurde, wie speziell die technischen Anforderungen sind: Mein Mac war zu neu, mein Windows-PC zu alt. Außerdem muss alles kabelgebunden sein: Internet, Headset, Maus. In 2025 muss man sich also erst mal mit veralteter Hardware eindecken, um überhaupt arbeiten zu können. Total absurd.

Ich habe rund 15 Stunden in Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und das ganze Drumherum investiert. Unbezahlt.

Der erste Auftrag war ähnlich enttäuschend: fast eine Woche Arbeit, ebenfalls ohne Bezahlung.

Unterm Strich kostet mich Yoummday einfach sehr viel Zeit, bringt mir aber weder Jobs noch Einnahmen. Für mich ist das kein tragbares Modell.

I've been with Yoummday for several years now in sales. The campaigns I've worked on have been interesting and actually engaging which is rare in a sales world of repetition. The bonuses are great and if you back yourself you can really improve your life in a working from home environment.

The onboarding process may seem a bit long at first, but once you start getting involved with projects, it's a great place to work, with flexible hours, on-time payments, and support channels.

Overall, a very good company.
You don’t just work on commission — there’s also an hourly rate, which is rare in this kind of business. Once you get the hang of things and build up your pipeline, you can earn decent money. Payments are almost always on time, and if there’s ever a delay, it’s usually due to a weekend or bank differences in your country — they pay reliably.

There’s a supportive community, and while you work independently, help is always available when needed. All in all, I would definitely recommend working here.
