Good Platform, Easy to Navigate, User friendly work environment.

I have been working for 6 months. And from the begining till this day my experience with platform is absolutely wonderful. From the first day of joining the platform I have been welcomed to a team of highly skilled and warm hearthed people in a home-felt environment. Our manager Aisling doing her best to keep everything as fair as possible and our Team Leads especially Hamza is doing an excellent leading through our working period. One of the best part about our platform we can reach out to anyone whenever we are in need and they respond very quickly. The payment is being made on every 18th of each month depending on holidays it can sometimes moves just a couple days forward but never lets you down you will always get your money.

Other than that there is nothing more to say all I can say is you can come and join to have one of the best platform experiences ever!

Great platform!

It’s been about a year since I started working on Yoummday projects, and I’ve genuinely had such a great time so far!

I’m currently working for Omio, and I’m lucky to be part of an amazing team. Aisling, our manager, makes everything run so smoothly, and our team leaders are truly one of a kind. Honestly, it’s one of the best work environments I’ve ever been in.

The platform itself is very user-friendly—you’ve got your shift plan, job listings, offers, and more. Everything’s clear and easy to navigate.

One thing worth noting: always read the job descriptions carefully before applying. They usually include important info about pay rates, compensation methods, requirements, and your role in the project.

Payments are generally made on the 18th of each month, depending on German national holidays.

My onboarding experience was also super smooth. You book a session, get a warm welcome from the Yoummday team, and you’re all set.

All in all, a fantastic platform!

Over the past 6 months I have been working on a protect (Omio). I have a wonderful manager (Aisling) and the best team lead ever (Hamza).

The journey so far has been amazing and all thanks to Yoummday for giving me this great opportunity.

From onboarding to joining a project was all smooth.

Great experience

I've been working at Yoummday for two years, and I've been involved in seven projects, where I was always considered and welcomed. Short and long projects, and I've had the opportunity to choose. I'm always deeply grateful to Yoummday. It's also a platform that allows you to work with flexible hours, timely payments, and always offers very respectful, professional, and friendly treatment. I've worked on other platforms, and in fact, I still work on others. However, I always prioritize work on Yoummday because I've had a more than satisfactory experience from the start.

Die Agenten werden nicht wertgeschätzt

Die Agenten werden nicht wertgeschätzt, mann muss Wochenlang für die zugänge warten um anfangen zu können und dan wird man wegen schlechten Resultaten aus dem Projekten exkludiert. Schelchte kommunikation, mann kann sehr schwer zu Vorgestezten kommen um sich zu beschweren und mann wird ganz leicht ohne Emphatie ohne Job rausgeworfen.

danke, dass du deine Erfahrung mit uns teilst. Wir verstehen, dass es extrem frustrierend ist, lange auf den Start warten zu müssen. Bei manchen Projekten gibt es Abläufe und Freigaben, die nicht in unserer Hand liegen – was die Wartezeit verlängern kann.

Was wir aber sehr wohl beeinflussen können, ist die Kommunikation in dieser Zeit. Genau da wollen wir besser werden: transparenter erklären, warum es manchmal länger dauert, und Talente enger begleiten.
Du kannst dir sicher sein, dass ich dein Feedback mitnehme.

Highly unprofessional

I scheduled my interview with Yoummday for June 28, 2025, at 12:20 PM, after submitting all required information, including my national ID. I waited for 50 minutes in front of the screen—waiting for the onboarding manager to join—but they never did. This experience was highly unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of seriousness on their part. I am concerned about how they handle our IDs and personal information sent to them. I strongly advise against trusting this company.

They ask potential prospects to book an online meeting and they keep missing it. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE - I wonder if they had hired me, they would miss payments for my work too...

Schlechteste Firma überhaupt

Meine Erfahrung mit Yoummday war leider total frustrierend. Es handelt sich um eines der unorganisiertesten Portale, mit denen ich je gearbeitet habe. Niemand scheint wirklich über die Projekte Bescheid zu wissen, und es fehlt deutlich an Unterstützung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein seitens der Vorgesetzten. Trotz vollständiger Einhaltung aller Vorgaben und intensiver Bemühungen, an einem Projekt teilzunehmen, wurde ich mit anhaltenden technischen Problemen konfrontiert, die nie gelöst wurden. Auf meine Hinweise wurde lediglich ausweichend reagiert – etwa mit dem Kommentar, „die anderen arbeiten auch so“. Das half mir in meiner Situation jedoch nicht weiter. Da man mit einem Bildschirm, was dauernd schwarz wird, nicht arbeiten kann. Das sind die miesesten Arbeitsbedingungen, denn die bereitgestellten IGEL-Sticks funktionierten auf keinem meiner drei getesteten Geräte. Obwohl ich viel Zeit in die Vorbereitung und das Einlernen investiert habe, erfolgte aufgrund der technischen Schwierigkeiten keinerlei Vergütung für die Einarbeitung. Zusammenfassend war meine Erfahrung mit Yoummday geprägt von mangelhafter Kommunikation, fehlendem Support und ungelösten technischen Problemen – insgesamt ein sehr unprofessioneller Eindruck.

Verdienst immehin nicht schlecht leider werden Ziele und Behlonungen dafür nicht eingehalten hieß am anfang wer besseren Talentscore hat bekommt möglichkeit mehr zu verdienen ich hatte den hösten Talentscore 4 Monate im zug bakomme dafür keine möglichkeit zu wechseln und das besser Bezahlte Projekt word jemandem andaren gegeben mit schlechterem Talentscore

Extremely low pay rates and undisclosed training duration

Pay is often unde rminimal living wages in Europe, and during 'training' for a project you only receive half until 'training' is complete.
Any company that feels the need to advertise with "No upfront payments are ever required to start working." should probably be avoided.

LOST OF TIME FOR NOTHING HUGE DECEPTION

Wow, what's a huge scam this company!
First of all, before begining your work you should pass through so call onboarding session ! I have scheduled first one at 6H40 AM in May 2025 which is already WIERD! I have received an e-mail at 10 pm, just some hours before the start, that the appointment was cancelled asking me to book another one!

Later, I have scheduled another one with the most latest hour possible as 5H20 AM ! No any other available hours! So I have received an e-mail at around 4H11 in the morning saying that my appointment would start in about one hour.

When I was connected and waiting for someone on-line, I have received an e-mail at 5H22 AM saying this:

sadly we have to announce that your onboarding appointment on 2025-05-18 at 05:20 had to be cancelled ahead of schedule.
Please book another appointment for the onboarding.

The loosers! Before sending them your private information (ID, your personal address, etc), just check this review please!

I have found their information on Linkedin! Linkedin should stop provide advertising for them ! It's just a scam and not a professional company at all.

Ehemals top – heute leider enttäuschend

Ich habe über sechs Jahre lang als Freelancer bei yoummday gearbeitet – eine lange Zeit, in der ich viel erlebt habe.

Früher:
Damals wurde man als Freelancer noch geschätzt. Man erhielt schnell Rückmeldungen auf Bewerbungen oder Fragen, auch technischer Support war rasch zur Stelle. Die Bezahlung – vor allem bei internen Projekten – war überdurchschnittlich, und die Teamleader verstanden es, zwischen den Interessen der Firma und denen der Freelancer zu vermitteln.

Heute:
Leider hat sich das Bild stark gewandelt.
Teamleiter in internen Projekten vertreten inzwischen fast ausschließlich Unternehmensinteressen. Das Wohl der Freelancer scheint kaum noch eine Rolle zu spielen. Antworten auf Bewerbungen oder Support-Anfragen bleiben oft aus – die Zahl der unbeantworteten Anfragen übersteigt die der beantworteten deutlich. Und wenn man mal eine Antwort erhält, dauert es oft zu lange und die Lösung nochmals zusätzlich.

Auch die Bezahlung ist kein Argument mehr. Inzwischen bieten viele türkische Callcenter – ob Homeoffice oder vor Ort – bessere Konditionen: höhere Bezahlung, Urlaubstage, soziale Absicherung. Früher lag yoummday leicht vorne – heute hinken sie hinterher.

Fazit:
Die Wertschätzung gegenüber Freelancern ist spürbar gesunken. Ich hoffe auf Besserung, muss aber leider sagen: Derzeit sieht es nicht danach aus.
