Customer service has been excellent, any queries that we had they were dealt with with ease. The children enjoyed taking part and the books were printed to a fantastic standard.

The children LOVE entering the Young Artists and Young Writers competitions, the correspondence from the staff is great and Lily really helped me out of a tight spot today on our last day of term. Thank you so much Lily!!

I placed a book order and realized my apartment number was not on the order and realized my order never arrived.
