Ordered online and the parcel arrived quickly. A lovely dress and was a comfortable fit so I was disappointed that I had to return it but it was just far too long for me at 5’1”. Do wish manufacturers would consider shorter lengths in dresses for us vertically challenged people we are not all 5’10 models. Finding clothes harder to find these days

Good all-round service.
It was easy to order on line. Delivery was as advised. I had to return as needed a different size, and was able to return to the local Store for a refund. Refund was processed very quickly.
