The same as all the rest. Order an item on the 20th September and still not received it. Sent numerous message on their facebook site and no reply. Will be seeking legal advise a d want this company shut down. Absolutely disgraceful 😠😠

Worst customer service ever! Or should I say no customer service. I ordered item and on the 6th of sept and still haven't received them, order still says awaiting shipment. I have contacted them numerous time by both email and messenger, none of which I have gotten a reply to. Absolute fraudsters, do not order from these

I never received my order, placed 6 months ago. They do not answer my emails. Absolutely disgraceful!

Do not order from this fraudster website. Order placed 10th September. Status is still awaiting shipment. Have sent email after email and they do not respond. They shouldn’t be able to treat customers this way. I will be reporting them to trading standards and seeking their websites are removed from all social media sites. Absolutely disgusting what they are doing!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. What an absolute joke of a company. I ordered a dress for my girlfriends birthday and had not received it in time. I contacted them and nothing, was only when I mentioned legal action they replied coming up with a BS story of how everyone has been on annual leave and only had a manager working who quit. Its now been 4 weeks and still nothing, emailed them again and nothing.... I eventually received an email saying that I had been refunded without even giving me the product. If I could report them I would as they are just crap in everything they do and they dont deserve to have any customers, seems to me they arent interested in repeat custom as there is not one good review about them. ABSOLUTELY S**T

Don’t order from this company!!! Placed order on the 21st August, heard nothing!! Emailed them and had a reply on the 4th September

“Please accept my apologies for the poor service and long delay.
We have been on annual leave and the manager left in charge has shipped no orders and made no replys to customer messages quit the business and informed nobody of this during this time.
I am back in the business now and working hard to relove the issues and will get your order to you asap.

I will never order again from this company told my order had been shipped on the 4th aug 2019 still haven’t received it sent numerous emails not one reply, disgusting and unprofessional, they don’t deserve custom or hard working money from anyone....

I placed an order on 07th of Agust got an e_mail saying that it has been shipped while ago but i still waiting for my parcel. I am very frustrated as I am going away next week and bought those clothes for my holiday and haven't got it yet . I contacted the website many times and haven't heard anything back from anyone . It was my first time buying on this website and it has been a very frustrating expirencie. So please I want to know what is going on because when I go to track my order it's say there is no order on my Name .it's disgusting how they are getting away with it for so long and still on Facebook. Someone need to do something about it. It's disgraceful

Do not order from this so called company. They have taken the money out for a jacket I ordered and still not received. I have emailed a few times and no reply. Messaged on Facebook and have since been blocked and they have removed a comment I put on their Facebook page. Please do not order, it’s a joke, I don’t t know how they can get away with it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE !!. I ordered a dress over a month ago and still no sign of it I’ve sent messages emails and messaged on Facebook messenger absolute rip off . I just wish I’d read the reviews first it’s disgusting.

ROBBED ME! Ordered £50 order, ignored my messages on Facebook asking where order is they ignored me , started commenting on Facebook posts asking and they deleted my comments and then blocked me so I could no longer message them. Will be leaving reviews on Twitter and contacting the police and daily mail as my auntie works for them about this if my money if not refunded now that I have opened a case on pay pal. Low life’s

Mickey Mouse company claimed to be able to deliver items same week 3 weeks later still waiting for item when exposed on social media my partner was blocked and still had no response via messenger / email. Basically theft. Will be taking this further.

Terrible online store would not recommend. Still havent receoved my order over 2 weeks on, After countless emails that I sent, I received no reply, no answer as to where my order is and no reply back to my email requesting a refund, despite them breaching the consumer act. They even deleted my comments on social media. Total rip off company absolutely disgusting! Wish I read the comments on here before I ordered from the thieves that they are! Absolute joke! Need black listing!!!

Awful experience. Never received what I ordered, they refused to refund. Eventually PayPal stepped in and gave me my money back! They blocked me on social media when I called them out on it... terrible company. AVOID!!! Completely unprofessional...

Do not purchase from this website the clothes are extremely poor quality and dont look like they do online. When returning the items they claim they had never recieved them. I have never recieved a refund or credit note. They are very difficult to get in contact with and do not reply to emails!! Would love to give zero stars but unfortunately you are not able to. AVOID WEBSITE

Ordered 2 outfits well over a week ago for a wedding, when I messaged on Facebook asking where they were I was told that they should be with me by Thursday/Friday this week! It’s now Sunday and still haven't received anything!!!!! I’ve messaged on Facebook a few time now asking where they and my messages are just being ignored! I will not be ordering from them and I’ll be find out way to get my money back!

Tried to give it no stars but unfortunately you have to give it one , shocking store with cheap products poorly made and badly sized , the items on this store look great online but when you open the package prepare to be disappointed as they look like cheap Chinese knockoffs, returned item and was told no refund could be given as all items were on sale , they use this excuse with every item as they are all on sale ,so we got a credit note to the value of returns and placed another order knowing well we were buying crap , item never arrived and all emails and messages were ignored ,went on to there facebook page and messaged them and i could see they were online but ignored my messages, i have opened a paypal dispute and still no reply from them ,this looks like a store that operating out of a normal home and not a shop ,avoid at all costs .
