Ribeye steaks 3kg arrived late
Ribeye steaks 3kg arrived late, on inspection the cuts are shockingly badly done. should have been around 15 sent but 19 arrived to make the weight. the steaks have been badly cut leaving thick and thin parts as cut. the essence of cooking a steak is a basic uniform size, these steaks are nothing like a good cut.
WITH RESPECT THE STEAKS ARRIVED FRIDAY LATE, THE ICE PACK WAS MELTED AND HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO RETURN THE STEAKS OVER THE WEEKEND AS YOU FAILED TO REPLY HOW THIS WAS TO BE DONE. THE FACT REMAINS THE STEAKS WERE BADLY CUT THEREFORE DO NOT COOK AS A UNIFOMED CUT DOES. YOU CUT THEM AND YOU KNOW FULL WELL FROM THE PICTURES AS SUPPIED THE CUTS HAVE BEEN BADLY DONE. ALSO NOTED THE TIME FRAME HERE 28TH OCT AND YOUR REPLY IS 22/11/2024 THAT SUMS EVERYTHING UP , BAD SERVICE PERIOD

We did have a conversation over email the post did specify random weight steaks but would total 3kg you where offered the option to return for a full refund but instead chose your keyboard . Regards
