i wouldent order again
The chicken breast is very large, too big, needs a wash before freezing, very smelly sat in all the juices. I think it doesn't take many to make 5kg
pork lion chops pre packed havent tried, look very thin
pork sausages of good quality 2 pack x 6
sirloin steaks, packs of 2, 6oz, very fatty, once trimmed down, it's about 4oz, not worth the money

With fresh meat, there can naturally be some blood and moisture loss, which is completely normal and can slightly affect the final weight by the time it reaches you. That said, we do understand your concern as it has come in under the expected range.

First time ordering, pretty disappointing overall
I heard great things about MSM but I was very disappointed with my order.
First full rack of ribs were lacking meat and most of it was just bone next to bone with a thin layer of meat. Probably about 40% of the bones were worth bothering with - not holding much hope for my second pack! Chicken thighs look pretty standard and quite expensive for not much difference in taste compared to supermarket.
Bacon pack was huge, but the back bacon was half fat/half meat. Tasty but trimmed off a lot of the fat as it was a crazy ratio.
Half of my items said "defrosted" but had become frozen due to packaging - not sure if I should refreeze them or risk eating as mostly pork or chicken items. Brisket was pretty good. Pork belly slices x5...2 of which are 80% bone! Really disappointing overall.

Very disappointed with the quality of the steak we purchased from this supermarket. We bought 14 steaks at £7.50 each, so spent over £100, expecting decent quality meat. Unfortunately, the steaks were very poor quality and not what we paid for.
When we contacted customer service to raise the issue, they only offered a £3.75 refund, which felt completely unreasonable given how much we spent and the poor standard of the product. After we explained that this was not a satisfactory resolution, our emails were simply ignored.
Poor product quality and even worse customer service. We won’t be buying from here again and would not recommend based on this experience.
