Re-Pelvin Claim. It seems like this company just sends out generic replies to customer comments. They ased me to get in touch with them through e mail but if they had bothered to read my original post or check their e mails they with have found I had been in touch with them.

Proceeded Without Consent
Filled in a form regards PPI and had a call and email to make a Kelvin PPI claim. I told them clearly that I did not wish to proceed. Months later I have received a leter and a contract with SSB with my digitised signature peinted on it.

I first got a letter through the post…
I first got a letter through the post last year saying I could be eligible to make a claim so I went ahead with it. I still haven’t got anything back from my claim only the odd email to say they’re waiting for lenders responses so I’m hopeful my results will be as positive as everyone else’s seem to be, it’s just a bit frustrating how long it seems to be taking! But overall the service has been very good 😊
