Useless tampons

So bought these, they came within a few days.
On my periods and I can assure you they do not work at all.
Had them in for an hour (super) and I am leaking everywhere, trousers covered in blood and absolutely embarrassed as I was out at the time.
Took the tampon out and no blood has been absorbed by tampon.
Trying to contact them is ridiculous as they are non effective. No contact number to call for help in the matter.

I will be taking this company to court for false advertising cos these tampons don't work like any other tampon i have ever used. They don't even absorb the menstrual blood which is what it says it does.

I highly recommend on not buying these as they are deemed unfit for purpose.

Finally managed to contact the company.
They sent me refund but a partial refund.

It states on their website that is the tampons are not absorbing then we will not issue a refund.
But isn't that what it says they should be doing. So yeah even on their website it states they don't work.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. They fact I have spoken to them should mean my review should stay and not be deleted.

Something has changed…

For ages I had very few issues with my Daye subscription. However, I have struggled to get onto my account since the beginning of the year. Have tried to reset and contacted a number of times (as the reset ends up telling to email). I have had no response from date, could not move or change my subscription, could not contact and still had multiple payments taken out. I don’t know what is happening within Daye but something has clearly shifted and not for the better!
The CBD tampons themselves are effective and something I have recommended to people on a number of occasions, however not being able to change your subscription or delivery date is no longer the one. I have alway teamed up the tampons with external CBD too. However, Daye’s own version isn’t strong enough to do the job, I much prefer Infinity CBD for this!

Still haven’t received results…

It’s been almost a month and still haven’t received results. The only reason why I gave an additional star is because they’re refunding my money… but still no results. Can’t tell if this is a scam or just an awful company. Online it says 5-10 days. It’s been over 20 days.

Liners fall apart when removed leaving sticky residue

I love most of your products but your liners come apart when removed leaving sticky residue.

Like the fact the liners come loose in an envelope to reduce packaging but makes it harder to store them so needed to find a tin to use.

Finally a brand that really cares about women’s health!!! I’ve used their microbiome service and it gave me an in depth report on my vaginal health. Knowing what supplements to take was really useful and it helped me understand my body even more. Paired with their pre-biotic, I’ve never felt better!

Wearing Daye for the last 2 years

I started buying Daye in the UK 2 years ago after reading an article at The Economist. At the beginning the quality of the product was really good: the plastic wrap worked well when unfolding the pad, wearing the cotton pad was comfortable, the glue at the back fixed the pad to my underwear robustly. My only suggestion for improvement would have been the bulky cardboard envelope for packaging. Nevertheless, since I moved to Spain 9 months ago and the quality of the product has demoted extremely: the new paper wrap breaks apart when unfolding it, the cotton pad deteriorates quicky (worn areas where the cotton became fluffy) and the most annoying, when removing the used pad from my underwear, the glue and the plastic at the back get stuck to my underwear and have to manually remove it with my nails. These issues happen with every pad delivered to Spain I've used. Also, just once, I found 1 defective pad (cotton pad cut wrongly, with an angle) that I threw away. Considering the price of the product and the delivery cost, I'm considering other brands at the moment

I adore Daye Tampons especially the CBD…

I adore Daye Tampons especially the CBD ones. I saved those for days my period is paticularly crampy and uncomfortable. They really do make a difference. I also love the branding and detail plus they founded by women who understand and get it! I'll never use another brand again

Evri did not deliver, no refund

Avoid this company - they use Evri, who emailed to say the package was 'damaged beyond repair' and did not deliver. I emailed their support for a refund a month ago, forwarding the email from Evri, but they have not bothered to reply, nor have they given me a refund (or replacement). Not sure what's happened with them - had been using them for years, but it has gone downhill. I can't keep paying for a product I don't receive, especially not at £9,70 a month!

Great service

I tried to order on the website but there was a very temporary glitch with their payment system so it wouldn’t go through. I received an email to say sorry you had issues, and a discount code for next time. So I placed my order. Unfortunately Evri emailed me to say my order had been damaged beyond repair, and to contact the sender. I sent Daye an email with the evidence from Evri and they immediately re-sent the items and they arrived so quickly. Amazing service very impressed.

Very concerning organisation

Very concerning organisation. They were repeatedly deleting my comment where I asked to provide the references to the « shocking » studies they mentioned about metals in tampons. This only raises questions about the existence of these studies and even if they exist their objectivity and quality. If anyone has questions about the full picture of the research they should consult a gynaecologist not sponsored by a small business.

Really convenient & great service

Really convenient, reliable and great customer service. I have used them for years and even when pregnant they've conveniently paused my subscription and restarted at the perfect time for when I needed the products. The tampons themselves are great quality and I don't plan to stop using them any time soon.
