I'd been putting this off for a long…
I'd been putting this off for a long time and continued to struggle convincing myself I could get out of debt and avoiding a very daunting process of managing my debts via a chosen programme, however,

Highly Recommended, Efficient and Empathetic
I was very impressed by the speedy response to my online enquiry and even more so by the efficiency and kindness of the agent that called me. Once we had run through all the relevant information required, I was put through a paralegal at the firm that would be assisting me. In an age ruled by technology it was wonderful to be able to talk to real people who had empathy with my situation.

Professional and capable
The consultant I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She helped assess my situation and provided me all the information I needed so that I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. She helped me through a very difficult decision and helped put my mind at ease. I'm very grateful to her and CreditFix for the assistance I received.

Transparent service
The company offers a very transparent service. They provide free debt advice which is individually tailored to your personal and financial circumstances. Although they charge a fee if an agreement is entered into, the fee is clarified to the costumer before entering into an agreement. They are experts in IVAs which is great as IVAs are a great way of debt repayment. They also have expertise in Trust Deeds and the Debt Arrangement Scheme, but I cannot say anything about those since I do not have personal experience or enough knowledge about that.
