Horrendous Service
The whole experience with this company has been horrendous. They have constantly harassed me through the whole process and still do wanting their commission. I will be writing to Trading Standards and complaining about their service.

You approached us in September 2018.
We requested you complete a very short questionnaire to establish what kind of account you had, and whether there was a case worthy of putting to your provider.
The questionnaire could be done online by following the link we supplied in the SMS text messages and email.
We had to ask you to complete the questionnaire on NINETEEN OCCASIONS before you eventually did so.
That questionnaire suggested there was potentially a case for you to be compensated.
We therefore asked you to complete a second short questionnaire to provide any recollections you may have regarding the account.
Once more, this could be completed by simply following a link supplied within the SMS text message or email.
You surpassed your previous record on this occasion as we had to ask you to complete this short questionnaire on THIRTY SIX occasions before you eventually did so.
We built a case on your behalf, using both the answers provided as well as a more technical argument regarding the relevant regulatory requirements, and filed it with your bank.
Your bank subsequently were forced to make an offer of compensation.
One case, one offer of compensation, 100% success.
Excellent professional service
I entered this site with the expectation that this was just another site touting for PPI. I had nothing to lose..there was no upfront fee to pay...so I imagine my surprise when I was awarded a tidy sum. I know there are sites where you could do the claims yourself bit I wouldn’t have done it on my own and certainly wouldn’t have spent a couple of years pursuing a company that was proving difficult..... I just had to provide basic information and it was all done for me.
Would heartily recommend before it’s too late.

We're glad you've been satisfied wit the result.
In respect of the timescales, upon receipt of your claim pack you were unable to provide evidence you had been sold PPI, which is more than understandable.
We have a regulatory obligation to carry out checks with finance providers in order to establish whether PPI was sold, prior to issuing a claim for compensation.
Upon receipt of the letter of authority, we issued the information request to your provider.
Your provider is allowed, by law, 30 days to respond.
Your provider responded within 30 days, advising it was unable to locate you on its system.
You advised you had provided an incorrect postcode, so we issued a new letter of authority for you to complete and return.
Upon receipt we reissued the information request.
Your provider is allowed 30, by law, days to respond.
Your provider responded within 30 days confirming you had been sold PPI.
We notified you and invited you to complete a short questionnaire online, and to complete and return a letter of authority to allow us to file a case for compensation.
You answered one of the questions in a manner that required us to seek clarification from you, which you kindly did.
Upon receipt of the above, we built a case and filed it with the provider, which is then allowed 8 weeks upon receipt to issue its final response.
Its final response was issued, and an acknowledgement of receipt from the provider was issued on 4th March.
Your provider had 8 weeks by its regulator, to investigate the case that we had put to it.
You provider issued its final response on 12th April, again inside the timescales allowed.
I hadstay well clear!
I had to chase them constantly for updates on a PPI claim then got an email telling me
“your case is now closed as the FOS have rejected your claim.
Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. “
Asked for a copy of the refusal letter and unsurprisingly no response. Wish I hadn’t gone near them

Your case was rejected by the Ombudsman as the sale of the policy was considered to be non-advised, and you signed a separate form regarding the policy to state that you wished to take it.
As the sale was non-advised the provider had to ensure you were provided with the information for you to make your decision in respect of the policy without any advice from the provider.
The separate form that you signed was considered by the Ombudsman as being sufficient and clear information for you to make an informed decision.
In respect of your suggestion that you had to constantly chase for updates, you were notified of the timescales expected when the case was escalated to the Ombudsman.
We had a regulatory expectation to keep you updated once every three months.
We actually sent you a total of twenty three updates, at much shorter intervals than we were obliged to do.
A copy of the final response from the Ombudsman was sent to you in December, and we have today reissued a further copy to you via email.
We encourage customers to read and understand updates that are sent to them, and to contact us if they are unsure of anything that is sent.
Thanks money claim.
Money claim have kept me informed from start to finish of my claim and would I recommend them.
After having a bad experience in the past with a ppi claims company I can honestly say money claim have been great.
