Sent required information several times , yet they kept saying it was not received , in the end I gave up with any claims ....had nothing but harassment and threats for years since then ...disgusting how they can get away with such behaviour. Even replying on here with peoples details !!

When you requested we act on your behalf in the recovery of any mis-sold PPI you agreed to the Terms of Engagement.
You breached the Terms of Engagement as you failed to sign and return documents that were required to progress your claim(s), despite EIGHTY TWO reminders being sent to you.
As a result, the agreement between us was cancelled due to you failing to return documents required, and you were invoiced with our reasonable costs, which you failed to pay..
The matter was escalated to court and you were afforded the opportunity by the court to file a defence to the claim, which you chose not to do.
We must assume you accepted the case against you to be fair and lawful, given you deciding not to file a defence.
The court entered judgment in the matter in our favour, with the County Court Judgment (CCJ) being a public record.
If you had returned the documents we are confident we would have recovered compensation for you.

Successful refund from 1992..... amazing
Contacted my Money Claim on the pff chance of recovering some PPI. Even though it was delayed re covid, was amazed that I recently received a 4 figure sum going back to 1992 to 1996 period. Thats 28 years. Extremely happy considering the state of affairs t the minute

It's possibly quite difficult to review…
It's possibly quite difficult to review accurately, as these are unusual times. The PPI claim period had come to an end, so there was a big rush of appeals and then we go into a pandemic where no one is at work.
I found "Your Money Claim" easy to get hold of, easy to talk to, helpfull and informative. The wait for compensation went on forever though, and to be fair .... there was quite a lot of paper work too. So how much of this was down to your money claim and how much wasn't is difficult to tell. So I would say they were somewhere between "Ok" and "Quite Good" !!!

We do accept that there were some delays in obtaining the compensation awards for you, but would like to advise why.
One of your cases is against a lender that has persistently processed claims slowly even prior to the deadline and recent pandemic. We offered you the opportunity to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service due to the lender not processing the claim in accordance with the time restrictions it is obliged to, but advised that there would likely be delays with the Ombudsman too, so advised that we allow the lender additional time to respond to the claim. Eventually, the lender did respond and accepted our claim for compensation.
The other case was slightly different as it involved a lender that was no longer trading. We identified the underwriter of the PPI policy using our industry experience and submitted a claim against the underwriter. The underwriter requested additional information as you are aware which was provided, and again the claim resulted in an offer of compensation being awarded.
Two PPI policies located and two offers of compensation recovered.

No comucation at all other then a email every now and then
I sent information in twice but they still got it wrong I started this claim over a year ago but 6 months after I sent info in Aviva finally got my claim in the August 2019
In the end I convearse with Aviva myself

This matter has been issued to court due to the debtor failing to make payment.
The court ruled in our favour, and the County Court Judgment is a public record of this.
The debtor chose not to file any defence to the action taken, thus proving that the statements made within the review to be false.
