The agent was very pleasant but as I have bought and sold in Spain previously I am aware of the pit falls
I told the. Agent I have a lawyer I have used for 24 years and am happy with . Also I use Currencies’s direct and also no problem
Since speaking to your agent I have inundated with calls and messages from smart currencies and also a phone call was arranged without my permission so I advise to cancel

Professional and proactive…
So far so good…I am currently, way deep in the process of gathering all information for my pending move to retire in Portugal.

Excellent Service!
We connected with Your Overseas Home as we want to move to Spain or Portugal. We had a call from Sandy and what a breath of fresh air!! Great informative explanation in the process of buying in Spain.
From the outset there was a clear starting plan describing how to go about preparing a visit to the country and veryfy the available possibilities to engage with the people in the know, the professional registered agent, lawyers etc. Preparation is Key, followed by regulations, rules, reservation, navigating from start to finish. Very good informative video.

Very knowledgeable host and presenter. The buying process was well explained. However, I think the presentation should include budgets and affordability. I mean, what is the down payment required and are there any bank loans available to foreigners. Also, a price range of properties with expected ROI compared to the rest of Europe would help make a better idea to investors.
