Love the items I received! They arrived quickly and safely Stacy was a pleasure to communicate with as well. Highly recommend her overall! Very happy with everything!

Stacey has beautiful plants and provides great customer service. She stayed in communication with me to ket me know when my plants will be shipped. The plants i bought were well packed and arrived quickly. Thank you Stacey!

Purchasing plants online is not new for me. I would have to say that this store is an exception when compared to most! The customer service was amazing, the plants were mailed out quickly and received a day earlier than expected! I am super happy with the health of the plants, their roots are healthy and strong, and they were a little bigger than I thought they would be. I'm beyond happy with my purchase, and I would purchase from this shop again. I strongly suggest others do the same.

Bought a beautiful plant, the packaging showed so much care and thoughtfulness and they even included a free clipping to add to the lushness of the syngonium they sent.

Excellent communication, fast shipping and great plant! All around great experience.

I received my plan today in perfect condition. They absolutely look so beautiful definitely buying from her again, and the packaging was impeccable.

This is my fifth time making a purchase from Your Plant Shop. I’ve purchased everything from full plants to rooted cuttings, and even rehabs from Stacy. As always, the communication, customer service, and plant quality was OUTSTANDING! Packaging was impeccable. The pictures never seem to do the plants any kind of justice. The pictures of the plants are always perfect and you think there’s no way the plants could be any prettier, but they ALWAYS are. I highly recommend buying from this store and love referring friends. Not only are the plants outstanding, Stacy’s ethics and integrity are refreshing to say the least. If you’re thinking about purchasing from Stacy, Your Plant Shop, DO IT! I can assure you that you will not be disappointed!

Great communication with Stacy. Plants arrived in pristine condition, and she even sent me a freebie! I’m excited to see these grow. Would gladly do business with her again.

I had the best experience with this shop! My plant arrived in poor condition due to the weather and the owner immediately sent a new plant! I will be buying from this shop again!

A must shop! Not only are her plants healthy and beautifully, they are the best prices by far! But the packaging/shipping..that did it for me! I ordered after the holidays and her base is in California and I’m across country in Pennsylvania. Her package was absolutely FLAWLESS I was nervous to place an order that far but I will absolutely be ordering from her again! Love love love

The plants are even nicer than I imagined. Great packaging and a personal note to me was a wonderful touch!!

Fast shipping and excellent service

The perfect leaf!!! This seller is on top of her game!! The seller is so knowledgeable about what she sells which is of great value when purchasing a plant. Communication was quick each and every time. Will definitely purchase again!

Gorgeous green babies and great packing - plus a surprise bonus because it was a big order 💚it was "Warmish" winter weather for Chicago (high 40s), low 30s) and with two day air, everything arrived happy and healthy and the heat pack was still warm

Received a well packaged, beautiful plant. 2nd time purchaser and would absolutely recommend seller!

Your Plant Shop is a great one-step shop for unique scindapsus and other collector plants. Super fast shipping, great care with packing, and high quality plants!

Customer service 10 out of 10
Plants were perfectly wrapped and stayed in place while shipping. I got a free gift and stickers and I always appreciate a cute box 🎁
I will be buying from this amazing store again. Owner was so kind and quick to respond to my message.

An excellent specimen. Can’t wait to watch it grow!

Customer service is excellent. The owner will communicate with you from before making a purchase to the arrival time of purchase. Not only that, if you reach out afterwards, she responds immediately. Every plant except one that I've received has survived and is thriving. Plants are beautiful and healthy. It's almost like they're guaranteed to live. Although the plant that I'd lost after having it for months (my fault), she still replaced it! Not many people would do that. Your plant shop gets 10 out of 5 stars from me.

Beautiful plants, well packaged and arrived quickly!
