This a good service. I find it hard to get tradespeople from ringing around as they are all so busy. With this service it's very easy to book someone for the same week. And the customer service is very good. Had an issue with a job and they resolved it very quickly.

The site is easy to use and saves you the hassle of trying to get in contact with people. Just post your job and the people contact you. You get to put in what you're looking for, the timeline and then it finds people around your area.

A person was to call to fix my fridge /freezer after I had contacted your pro after not arriving the first evening as planned, I trusted he would call the next one he had promised. I got a texted message to say he was too tired to come and would come Monday it is now Friday . I would not use this company as it is not customer focused and it is very easy for anyone to join irrespective of the service they deliver.
