Easy to use and very effective

The two lads were tradesmen of the highest order....did all the tiling, plumbing and electrical works required. Very punctual and got through the works efficiently. No mess afterwards and good to deal with. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to undertake a bathroom retro-fit.

Got a response to my job within minutes of posting. Needed an electrician quickly as a tenant had no hot water , I was contacted by Steven who got the job done within 24 hours. I dont think anyone on this site is a qualified tradesman.

I got in touch with several 'builders' on this site about a job. I was not confident in any of the recommendations. The reviews seem fake and if you google the companies independently they dont exist.

The tradesmen they send are not vetted and there is no telling what you'll get. There is no customer support

Edit/update no2: Same story, just been told by another electrician that a part of the job that I was charged for wasn't even completed. A cable was just taped with black tape at the end and I was told it was changed. The fuse box fitted was not up to standard and requires complete changing at 1300e.
No money back guarantee, no Irish customer service, 1 day turnaround for customer service emails. They told me the contractor is retired and I just checked his profile on yourpro and he is obviously still working.

Edit/update: After a lot of back and forwards yourpro did exactly nothing while managing to set new low standards for customer service. Only option is court. Good luck to everyone who uses this company

Warning! Unlicensed and unregistered tradesman are active on this site. Yourpro with their 10000 euro money back guarantee will send you for a walk and tell you to report to authorities and recover money through court. They know about them but chose to ignore it. Yourpro is advertising as connecting people with tradesman but they are actually connecting people with random guys that say they know how to do things. I found one electrician last year. We initially settled on a price for a new fuse board and he completed the job. Everything was ok and I decided to start rewiring the entire house with the same guy. He almost finished half the house but then surprisingly asked for more money than agreed. When he was told that all money was paid and shown bank statements and told to double check he gave me a 6 week runaround. I then asked for a certificate of completion for the jobs that were done (so I can get another electrician) and either completion or refund for jobs that were paid and not finished... Surprise surprise he then tells me he is actually retired and not registered. No refund for jobs paid and unfinished and ghost mode since then. Yourpro kept yapping about me paying cash although I sent them clear evidence that it was actually a bank transfer (not that it would make a difference). Left with no choice other than reporting to safe electric and Gardai. Damages in the thousands and needed another rewire from licenced electrician, redoing of drywall and all associated works.

Similar experience with a crew of plumbers who left me with no heat at the beginning of winter. Probably some extortion racket they have going on.
