Terrible customer service
Placed an order with 5 items in it. It arrived yesterday all cellotaped up like it had been opened and resealed. I contacted straight away and was told to send pictures which I did. Only today to be told they will not take it any further as far as they are concerned the weights match and the courier company would not use clear cellotape! I now can't contact the courier company as its yours responsibility and I have been made to feel like I am trying to steal from them basically made out to be a liar. I now have to pay for items I did not recieve meanwhile someone has opened my order and taken my ordered items I now have to pay for! Absolutely disgusting customer service did not even want to believe what I was telling them, a customer who has used them for years! I am livid and out of pocket awful. When you try and dispute they just keep saying the same thing making you out to be lying avoid at all costs.

Absolutely impossible to contact…
Absolutely impossible to contact customer services on 03309122464.
I tried for two days, various times including dead on 9.00am. You get the same annoying American voice saying they are all busy and to call back later THEN you get cut off.
In store the sales assistants get the same BAD customer service as the public.They have to use the same customer service number.

i have paid 42sgd for shipping with alleged tracking number - the order is dispatched and after 1 week no tracking number nothing - sent e mail - trying to chat with customer service and NOTHING.

Asked when item would arrive, as advertises - 4-5 days shipping from within Australia. Forgot to mention item actually coming from the UK first. Was told would be notified when item left the so called warehouse. No notification, so decided to cancel. Told can't cancel as item has left warehouse. No notification. So unable to cancel, unable to secure refund, just waiting in limbo for an item I thought was going to arrive this week but who knows when now. Never again. Be warned!
Pathetic
I am disgusted with the customer service!!!! It is impossible to return something. A $160 dress.. gone to waste. Cheaply made!! Shocking customer service! I wish I read the reviews before purchasing :-( I hope this review saves someone their money and time
I won't waste money with this company ever again
ZERO customer service - nearly 2 weeks and still waiting for a response from 'customer service'.
Sizing is very out of whack. I've ordered 4 items from them (over 2 orders), all the same size and only one item was true to size.
One jumper was a bit tight. The two maxi skirts are way too big. One is abnormally long (I'm not short at 5ft 7") but it hangs on the floor. The other skirt is about 2-3 sizes bigger than normal and falls off - Crazy!
I might have to get them altered here as due to their non-responsiveness, I don't trust they'd process the refund. I'd also be at a loss anyway with the ridiculous charge to return the items - $39 for 2 skirts, when I only paid $20 for them to be delivered. What a rip-off!

Very poor quality control.
I received a sweatshirt that had misspelled words and sent pictures of it to your swear. They completely denied the misspelling and insisted that I purchased what was pictured on their website.
I asked for a refund and they refused.

Huge disappointment :(
Ordered twice and package was lost both times. Did get refunded but disappointing as someone who ordered because it is hard to find items in my size and they are one of the only companies who meets that need.

Ordered two items and only one was delivered when I questioned them I was told that they delivered both but for starters both items wouldn’t fit in the bag and it would weigh more that they are stating , they are refusing to give me evidence or the courier company details, I’ve bought through them for years and I’m now disgusted to be treated like this and called a liar BE WARY of this mob now it’s not worth it

The courier sent the package which I didn’t receive. I’m now pretty sure that the courier left a parcel in the foyer instead of outside my door, which I didn’t check. Was it mature to telll these idiots to go f themselves? No. Did it feel satisfying? F yes. Do not order from them if you live in an apartmebt
Defected products
I ordered a dress and then sent it back as it had some small rupture on back. Then ordered again and new one whoch was sent was even more ruptured and had a minor hole.

It took a while for tthe clothes to come. But they are exactly what I thought.
No order received
Despite ordering my item plenty of time in advance, it still didn’t reach me nor my house before I actually needed to use it. As a matter of fact, I still haven’t received the item.
