These guys are a scam and so are the positive reviews written by them.
I was scammed out of £500 by them but luckily my bank are now investigating them along with other fraud company’s.
The moment I was onto them they disappeared and blocked me.
They are still trying to trade and scam others out of football tickets.
Lucky for me, I have a good bank, and who are now after these bunch of low lives.
So stay clear of all there promises and lies

Why are you allowing this business to manipulate this page by posting numerous questionable 5* reviews within a short period of time that provide little or no detail of a genuine experience ?
One of the options you provide for logging fake reviews is ‘The pattern of reviews for this company is suspicious’.
There are 6 reviews from ‘Consumer’ and 1 from ‘iPhone iPhone’ and that’s before you even start looking at the content !!
You allow them to challenge every negative review as fake (and in some cases temporarily hide these), but permit them to post defamatory comments about the reviewers in their responses ?
Your own guidelines state ‘we don’t allow any content that includes hate speech, discrimination, threats or violence, obscenities, DEFAMATION’. The negative reviews are the ones containing detail and experience whereas the raft of positive reviews that have suddenly appeared on the page in the last few days (after a history of no reviews) say little or nothing apart from a series of random adjectives. It appears that the reviews you are facilitating seem much more likely to be the ones you should be policing.
