Just another rubbish company, they have no clue what is going on, I've been waiting for a twice booked engineer for over 10 hours but it turns out they just cancelled both appointments without bothering to tell me

It was aa emergency and the engineer came straight away...
He sorted the problem in no time.

Mr Jawid Bhagat has done a very good job. Very reliable
My review is solely for the engineer Jawid Bhagat..nothing was too much trouble he was constantly in contact with myself and my colleague with updates of where he was when he would arrive etc. As there were many issues surrounding the problem with the electrics and smart meters we had to involve the National Grid. Jawid arranged to come back the next day to meet the NG engineer at the same time so the issue could be resolved togther..he arrived at 12pm and was still there at 8pm because the NG engineer didnt turn up.Jawid was in contact constantly very professional and shown empathy for our circumstances..he did everything he could to try and resolve our problems at the football club who has had no electricity for 5 days. A credit to his company 👍😊
Had new smart meters fitted on our residential blocks. Work was carried out in a good manor. We did incur one problem with the communal lights after the meters were installed.
Lawrence Brown came out the next day and with our onsite electrician rectified the problem. Very happy with there service.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had 10 months of hell. Their smart metres simply do not work. I was left without heating for my tenants for the whole of December due to their incompetence and it’s been a catalogue of errors every single month since including £175 fines for not allowing access to the building - despite at the time of the text I was in the building with that engineer! I’ve had made up metre readings and constant rate increases from Yuenergy due to their metres not working. I have had metres changed over multiple times and “managers” attend to assure me things will finally work yet they don’t. They lie and say matters are being dealt with by Managers yet when I finally get through to said managers they know nothing about the issues. I’ve had someone say “that mad woman is on the phone again” and laugh at me when she didn’t realise I wasn’t placed on hold correctly.
They never call back when they promise and if you do speak to someone they are highly unprofessional and use a worn out script of apologies which they must dish out all day every day yet mean nothing as they never do what they promise. They pass the buck to YUenergy but then YUenergy just pass the buck back. Both companies are actually in the same building - so don’t be fobbed off with a delay in them contacting each other.
With the latest issue I have been threatened that if I go to the energy ombudsman they would charge me the previously issued compensation despite that being issued back in June for earlier complaints and there being further new issues/complaints raised since. It was never explained that the £60 per account that they did credit (a joke in hindsight compared to the amount I pay per month, stress, inconvenience and time I spent) would also cover them for any further issues and stress that would follow. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
Do not use this company for any work. Myself and children suffered foul mouth verbal abuse from one of their driver employees. I took pictures of the driver and complained they did nothing about this. My daughter was distraught and also myself. Their employees insult woman and children in public. Bully of a man, Lowest of the low. Never allow one of them to do work for you.
Had the unfortunate experience of having a run in with one of their YU drivers on the high street. Couldn't believe how rude and aggressive this driver was while driving around in his company van. Doesn't give me confidence in any customer service from them in the future.
A great engineer who went the extra mile and installed an additional smart meter that had been booked in for a few days time. A hard worker, and pleasant person.
Absolutely appalling customer service, damaged my property and they are making things as hard as possible to get repairs completed! Passed from pillar to post with no resolution!
Avoid at all costs if you currently have hair and want to keep it!
