whhen you purchase they are nice. whe you want to return items they are literally hedache. they are trying to impossible to return item intentionally. i emailed two different people. none of them answered. i called them they swnd me another guy. and another guy said that i should email them. i said i already emailed. he’s said again. i emeailed againd. and them they said they are gonna do bunch of procedures to take their friking parts. anyway if you are not hundred percent sure about your item don’t order anything because they literally try to everything make return harder.

Sloppy Craftsmanship at Zanduco
Not a happy customer. I am writing my review now because what they did was so wrong and i believe that people should know the good and the bad. I bought a stainless steel kitchen table. For some reason the caster wheels were not available from them so i went elsewhere. The table arrived and i opened it up and started putting it together and the realized that it has borne some very serious impact. I contacted them and never heard back from them. Now that I want to add an additional shelve on it, i realize that to do so would not be wise and would be dangerous. What is evident is that someone did a really bad job re-welding that bent corner of the steel lip of the table. A sloppy job really. It is clear that this happened before it reached my place, and certainly the shipping people did not do this. Again, this is not standard factory craftsmanship and they refused to return my emails, even after i sent them photos, which I would like to post here. So beware. And the CSR was Eva Lorena.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, after thoroughly checking our records, we are unable to find any past or current orders under your name, nor has Eva received any correspondence from you.
We also want to clarify that all of our tables are brand new, direct from the factory, and we absolutely do not perform any re-welding on our products. While structural imperfections can sometimes occur from rough handling during transit, it is difficult to determine the cause without having had the opportunity to inspect the damage. Because these details do not align with our standard quality control, we are eager to look into this further to see exactly what happened.

The product itself was good. However, the first delivery arrived without any advance notice. For the second delivery, I was able to choose a delivery time, but I was asked to inspect the product immediately upon delivery, which was not practical under the circumstances.

I completely understand that being asked to inspect a heavy shipment immediately upon arrival can feel impractical. I want to assure you that this requirement is in place entirely to safeguard you as our customer. Following freight and commercial shipping industry standards, any transit damage must be noted on the carrier's Delivery Receipt at the exact time of drop-off. Once a shipment is signed for as clear, the shipping company is legally released from liability, making it exceptionally difficult to file a successful claim for damages that occurred during transit.
By asking for an immediate inspection for evident damage, our goal is to ensure the shipping carrier remains accountable, fully protecting your investment. That being said, we know your time is valuable, and we appreciate your cooperation during the delivery. Your feedback regarding communication has been shared with our logistics team to help us improve the scheduling process moving forward.

Delivery service is a nightmare
I ordered a sink and some tables from zanduco. I was told by their customer service agent prior to ordering that I would have my items within 4-6 days. its now been 2 weeks and I still do not have my shipment. Their delivery service is a nightmare

We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when you are waiting on essential equipment like a sink and tables to get your space ready.
I looked into our communication records to see what happened, and I do want to clarify that our team advises an 8–10 business-day transit window for shipments heading to Newfoundland. However, a recent ferry disruption with the carrier unfortunately delayed the line once the order left our warehouse, pushing it past that standard timeframe.
While carrier delays are outside of our control, we sincerely regret the inconvenience this transit bottleneck has caused your business. We truly appreciate your patience while the shipment was making its way to you.

Évier 2 cuves 2 égouttoirs, inox mince mais ok, la finition est moyenne fait en Chine , et il m’ont conseillé un robinet 12 po, le 8 ou le 10 po aurait été mieux, bonne qualité de robinet. Livraison rapide!

Concernant la finition de l'évier, nous prenons bonne note de vos commentaires. Nous nous efforçons d'offrir des équipements de cuisine industrielle performants à des prix compétitifs, et vos retours nous aident grandement à évaluer nos standards de fabrication.
Pour ce qui est du robinet, nous sommes navrés si la longueur du bec de 12 pouces ne s'avère pas idéale pour la configuration finale de votre espace de travail. Nous ajusterons nos futures recommandations auprès de nos clients pour ce type d'évier à double cuve et double égouttoir afin de mieux cibler la longueur optimale (8 ou 10 pouces).
