Communication was not good. Fahad’s service could’ve been much better but he never replied and therefore we were forced to deal with the issues ourselves.

Why had I never used this company before? The table top I purchased for my patio is well made and the price was better than anywhere else. I was surprised at the wide range of products available on the website. Best of all, my table top was shipped quickly. Following your e-Transfer payment on April 28th, our representative, Ali, spoke with you and noted a 7-day lead time, which you kindly accepted. We see that you sent an inquiry on April 30th; unfortunately, this email was missed by our sales team, and we sincerely apologize for that lack of response.
However, we want to reassure you that your order was dispatched via UPS the very next day, on May 1st, and the tracking details were automatically sent to your email from our system. While we met the shipping deadline, we completely agree that our communication should have been sharper regarding your email. We are addressing this internally to ensure no message gets left behind.
