I placed order on 27th Aug and paid online, only received order confirmation email and then exchange voucher on 2nd Sept without any communication or reason. I placed new order on 8th Sept by using voucher code and extra amount by COD. On 15 I received another voucher code without any reason given. They are scammers, don't buy they don't ship orders and take your money.

Prepaid Order Delayed Since 8th August 🛑This is highly unprofessional. I placed my order during your sale on 8th August and paid upfront via JazzCash. It has been 12 days (20th August today), and your system is still delaying it without giving any tracking ID or confirmation.

Scammers

First they will take your money by showing items on sale/ 50% off, Once you buy any item (On sale) from them they will cancel your order telling you that the item you ordered is 'Out of Stock'

Funny thing is that they will not refund you, they will only give you a voucher so you can order from them again on paying full price.

I placed a prepaid order with ZARR, and it was accepted and confirmed. After waiting over a week, they cancelled it, claiming the item was "out of stock." Instead of refunding my money, they tried to force a store voucher.
What's worse, their support couldn't even point me to any published policy stating that cancelled prepaid orders are only eligible for vouchers.
After reading other reviews, I found many customers reporting the same experience: accept prepaid orders, delay them, cancel them due to "out of stock," and push vouchers instead of cash refunds.
Buy at your own risk, and never pay in advance.
