Snelle levering en overzichtelijke website. Altijd even checken via dvdcompare of er de juiste ondertiteling onder zit met de ean code dan komt alles in orde kortom Top!

Ze sturen bewust verkeerde (preorder) artikelen op. Het gedoe om het terug te sturen is zo groot dat een groot deel van de mensen dit niet zal doen. Ze geven daarnaast slechte opties hiervoor... Ver mais

Allereerst kreeg ik de mogelijkheid te bestellen met 5 euro korting. Ik wist nog niet zeker wat ik wilde kopen. Toen ik direct daarna alsnog ging bestellen was de kortingsmogelijk in geen velde of wegen te bekennen.

Absolutely AWFUL = DON'T bother with Pre-orders + TERRIBLE customer service!
I placed a pre-order for 4x item's in February, release date was the 13th June (1x MtG commander deck, 1x bundle and 2x starter kits).
They marked 3x out of 4x items as dispatched (1x bundle and 2x starter kits).
I received a box containing 2x items (2x starter kits), not the 3x (missing the 1x bundle). The box was too small to have fit the bundle.
I raised 2x queries, 1x about the missing bundle that they marked as 'dispatched', 1x about the Commander deck that they haven't dispatched.
We can't use names here so we'll call the first Customer Service advisor 'C'. He replied assuring me that there is just a delay regarding the commander deck is all and that I will eventually receive it - (bearing in mind the release date was the 13th June), today is the 7th July and I'm still waiting.
Another Customer Services advisor informed me that an investigation has been raised about the missing bundle, they gave me a timeframe and that timeframe had passed, so I chased them. They reply thanking me for my refund request and processed a refund for the bundle (with no apology or admitting to their mistake!). I didn't request a refund, I want the goods! Dealing with them was like talking to a brick wall! There have been a number of occasions where they haven't read my messages correctly and even their own colleagues!
The problem is, the products that I have ordered are sold out everywhere and are worth a lot more money now, so much for Pre-ordering the items with Zavvi!
I highly doubt they'll be able to get a hold of the remaining item, the commander deck - all I want are the items that I have pre-ordered!
I'm left wondering whether they understand the point of a pre-order and why they hire incompetent people to work in their customer services department.
Also try looking for their head office details or a phone number to put in a complaint - there is a reason that you'll struggle. All you have is their CS department, so complaints get nowhere. This review is the short version of everything that has happened, I'm so stressed with the situation it's unreal. I'm kicking myself that I didn't go elsewhere to pre-order the items as now I won't be able to get a hold of them as only a limited amount are printed. Let's see whether I ever receive my commander deck or whether they will suddenly refund me (they don't like to admit to being wrong).
I will be sharing my experience with as many people as possible and I will not be shopping with Zavvi after this extremely poor experience. Zavvi are absolutely awful.
They may have a paid Trustoilot account, as there's no way they'd have a 3.8 score on Trustpilot, they'd be in the red with a free account (I've worked for a company that used Trustoilot for a while so I have a good idea of how it works).
They've caused me so much stress with this situation, I wish I had went elsewhere in the first place. I'm going to be looking into taking things further.
Feel free to source the items for me Zavvi and pay a premium whilst you're at it, this is the only way that you will be able to make it up to me - I know you won't however. You should replace your Customer Services department, get some people in that are capable of reading properly and that are able to actively engage in a situation, people that can stick to timeframes and know what they are doing.
I want my remaining item (and preferably the bundle too) - I DO NOT want another refund as I cannot get the items anywhere else now (and don't believe you'll be able to get them, but I'm holding in to that small sliver of hope). Sort yourselves out!
Again, DO NOT refund me for the remaining item (Final Fantasy Limit Break commander deck), I STILL WANT IT.
Let's see if 'C' will admit to being wrong about Zavvi having not oversold this product and that I will still receive it. Let's see how much Zavvi knows exactly.

Twee jaar geleden keek ik nog vooral via streamingdiensten jarenlang zelfs. Maar als echte filmliefhebber kom je er vroeg of laat achter: de beeld- en geluidskwaliteit zijn vaak ondermaats, films verdwijnen zonder waarschuwing, of zijn simpelweg niet te vinden. En misschien nog wel het belangrijkste: je bezit de films niet echt. Geen abonnement? Dan kun je ook niet terugkijken.
Daarom ben ik overgestapt op fysieke media. En Zavvi.nl is sindsdien mijn vaste adres. Ze verpakken hun producten altijd met zorg, waardoor ze vrijwel altijd onbeschadigd aankomen. Er is eens een moment geweest waarop een film beschadigd aankwam doordat het pakket wat minder stevig was. Maar dit werd direct en netjes opgelost ik kreeg zonder gedoe een nieuw exemplaar opgestuurd.
Kortom: goede service, zorgvuldige verzending en een betrouwbaar adres voor filmverzamelaars.

Nog steeds is pakket niet gearriveerd. Op 17 mei besteld.
Na 18 dagen, op 4 juni eindelijk ontvangen.
Gisteren nieuwe t shirts gekocht voor de zomer.
Erg veel keus in verschillende opdruk. Maar sommige zijn in het zwart, erg mooi maar niet echt voor de zomer. Ik miste een beetje de Marvel films en de star wars shirts. Ik heb vaker shirts gekocht bij Zavvi. Hoge kwaliteit en ook goed te wassen. Sommige shirts draag ik nog steeds. Prima kleding

Awful company, cancel everything you have.
Send out emails telling you certain products will be available since I still haven’t got orders from 2024 and it’s now June 2025 for myself only, to order them and end up cancelling anyway.
They take loans at 3/4% then cancel, really really bad company to deal with and after 5 orders with 3 cancellations and 2 still in processing I’m happily done with zaavi.
Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I like the fact that replies come quickly. There always seems to be a satisfactory resolution to any problems that might arise due to delivery delays and damage to, in my case, 4K blu-ray (steel-)cases. In most if not all cases the packaging is that good that any damage to an item is usually caused during production or before the item is shipped.

Mooie prijs, maar de levering laat na twee weken nog op zich wachten. Je moet een account aanmaken om met de klantenservice in contact te komen. Dit is vooralsnog niet gelukt. Het zou volgens mijn mail tussen 30 april en 1 mei er moeten zijn.

Ze brengen steengoede filmklassiekers uit in coole special editions (denk aan Steelbooks, collector’s editions met booklets, posters, pins etc). Voor de echte film en verzamelliefhebber!

Heb een product in presale gekocht. Nu hebben ze hem niet op vooraad en moet ik een onbepaalde tijd wachten. Dit loopt al 1 maand lang en de enige anderen optie is de bestelling annuleren en het product ergens anders halen. Alleen is het product nu 2 keer zo duur op de markt.
