Same for me : Service worked decent about 90% of the time I used it. Service then went down after 5 months of use but no improvement. I have asked them several times to get my old xstream codes working or send me new xstream codes and have been ghosted. Waste of money on a one-year subscription with unreliable customer service and TV service. I will not recommend it to anyone !!!
Service worked decent about 90% of the time I used it. Service then went down after 2 months of use with invalid credentials error. They sent me new codes after 3 days that were m3u instead of xstream. I have asked them several times to get my old xstream codes working or send me new xstream codes and have been ghosted. Waste of money on a one-year subscription with unreliable customer service and TV service. Will not use Zen 4K again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Took out an annual subscription and have about 5 months left. I cannot access any of the channels. Been waiting to fix this issue for more than a month. The provider is just ghosting me. This is for the 4kbestiptv subscription.
I tried the service and it's great. I liked what it has, and the customer service is top-notch. I recommend the service.
