Title: Unauthorized extra charges after a $6 order

I ordered the guide online for $6.00. I did not order anything else. Afterward, I was charged an additional $19.99 and $29.99 without my authorization. I did not request or approve these charges.

I have asked for a refund of the unauthorized amount ($49.98) to my original payment method, but I have not received it. I consider this deceptive and unauthorized billing. I am disputing the charges with my bank and reporting the issue to the FTC/IC3.

Other customers should check their statements carefully after ordering and report fraud to FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the Federal Trade Commission, and the applicable state Attorney General.

Result: The company has now refunded the unauthorized charges. I am updating my review to reflect that the issue was resolved after I posted this review. However, the unauthorized charges should not have occurred in the first place."

This is a total scam. I should have done a little more research before I went through with the purchase. I was out of town when this all happened but when the purchase went through instead of the 9.99 trial I had 3 charges for the software.. I asked for a refund and I have been denied more than once. When I tried to dispute it, I couldn’t because the charges were still pending. I want my money back!

I was charged a nominal amount (~$8.00) for a subscription with 'fine print' indicating $40 per month going forward. I immediately contacted ZenithForge to cancel and refund. In response, I received an email suggesting logging on to their site to go through a cancellation process. I responded "Please Cancel". They charged my card anyway. When I complained they said "sorry, you should have logged on to cancel - too bad, we're keeping your money". This company is guilty of fraud.

I cancelled my DeepChat account, but this week they still attempted to charge my card twice for the recurring subscription. The payments failed only because I had blocked my card for online payments.

Only after those attempts did I receive an email from Zenith Support confirming that the subscription had finally been cancelled. In other words, cancelling my account did not stop the recurring billing.

Customers should not have to block their cards to prevent payments for an account they have already cancelled. After researching the company, I found many people reporting similar problems with unexpected charges, repeated payment attempts, and difficulty cancelling.

This does not look like an isolated technical error. I consider this billing and cancellation process deceptive and strongly recommend avoiding DeepChat and Zenith Forge products.

Under the name of mymanychat, they use who knows which ways to get you in, in my case I have neved ever used their tools. They are charged me twice under same email, with 2 banks, I requested they end subscription and refund the money.

This service provider should UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be trusted to have any kind of access to your banking information.
They charge an exorbitant amount for no value provided and even after I have requested a refund, they continue to take money off my account.

Scam scam and scam. Hidden messages that forces you to pay USD$49.00 a fortnight. I just purchased 1 item at $7.95 then the rest came unexpected.

Signed up for a trial and was charged four times in fourb weeks!!!

I signed up for $6.99 1 week test of product. I then found out it would be $49.99 a month! To be fair, I forgot to cancel. Where I thought I got hit with a $49.99 charge after that they in fact charged me $49.99 twice that first month and said that was part of their standard renewals policy and there could be no refund. Horrible product and worse customer service, let alone the blatant rip off, thievery. Avoid at all cost.

terrible scam. thieves! should be locked up behind bars. mind your creditcard account. they just keep on stealing, monthly.

1 star is too high for dishonest scammers. They offer a one-off payment deal for $6.99 US and then charged me US$49 for a monthly subscription that I did not request nor that I subscribed to. They are unethical cons, misleading and creaming funds from scam charges. I've just contacted them and they refuse to refund because they stated that they notified me of the subscription, however I missed the email due to high volumes of messages. The introductory hook of $6.99 was presented as a one-off payment and never described as a subscription service- just an offer of content. How can they improve- be honest, market honestly, don't mislead consumers, just be decent human beings.

I will take it up with visa now as the zenith forge are not giving refunds and refuse to give me any other information on recoeits and what its for . Supporting fraud companies
