I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, straightforward and completely stress-free. Wale was amazing throughout, keeping me updated, communicating clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with everything along the way.

I explained to Wale that I really wanted an all-black Audi Q3. Although we couldn’t initially find one exactly as I wanted, we found a black one with silver trimming. To my surprise, Wale went above and beyond and arranged to have the silver trimming sprayed black for me! I had no idea he had done this, so when I arrived to collect the car, I was genuinely shocked and so happy with the result. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much effort he was willing to put in to make sure I got the car I wanted.

Wale was professional, patient and attentive throughout the entire process. He really listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to exceed my expectations. The customer service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to source their next car.

I bought a car back in April 2026. From the pictures it looked to be in good condition with no problems. Fast forward to delivery and on the day the delivery was meant to be made I was contacted by the delivery driver who informed me that all of the alloys needed refurbishing. I was not informed of this prior to buying the car. I told the driver to deliver the car anyway after he told me that they would pay to get the alloys refurbished after delivery.
I would love to say that that was the only issue with the car upon delivery...
Once inside the car there was a overpowering musty smell and upon further inspection I found mould growing down in the passenger footwell as well as down the sides of the seats. Again, not informed of this, I spoke to the sales rep and she informed me I would be given £50 pounds towards a full valet... I am yet to receive this money (even though it wouldn't cover a full valet).
I had the alloys refurbished back in July 2026 after the sales rep told me which shop to go to (this was all booked by the sales rep). It is now early October and the alloy shop is contacting me to inform me that they haven't yet received payment even though the sales rep has been contacted by myself and the shop. Utterly dissatisfied. If I could go back in time, I would steer clear from this company.

The boys at zenith made sure the process was easy, quick and exactly what I wanted. Rheon’s and denzel customer service was top tier. Rheon answered all of my questions any time of the day and make it a pleasant experience. Denzel personally delivered my car to me to ensure I had it as quick as possible. Car is amazing. Great company, will be a customer for a long time.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience.

When I was buying the car, the communication was great. I had regular calls and updates, and everything seemed very professional. Unfortunately, that level of service disappeared once the sale was completed.

I never received my logbook and have now spent the last 4 days chasing for help. The first time I taxed the car, I was given a 10–12 digit code over the phone because I didn’t have the logbook. I thought it was odd, but I trusted the process and didn’t make an issue of it.

Now that I need that code again, I’ve been made to feel as though I’m asking for something unreasonable. What I find unreasonable is selling a car without providing the logbook and then leaving a customer to chase for days when they need support.

My car is currently untaxed because of a problem that is completely outside of my control. The lack of urgency, communication and after-sales support has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I visited Zenith Motor Company a week ago and spoke with Raheem, who was very patient, professional and listened to me attentively. I was happy with the delivery and time. I got the exact car I wanted. Colour, spec every details I described I received.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Cameron and denzel have been really quick to respond from the get go and kept me updated through the whole process, car has arrived in perfect condition, I’m really happy with it!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with after a car purchase. Before the sale, they were impeccable—very professional, and all the paperwork was done in just a day and a half. But after the sale, it’s been a complete disaster. Even though I had a three-month warranty, all they do is delay, delay, delay. What they do is hide information—when the car arrives, that’s when all the surprises come out. Even calling them doesn’t help; you have to call the dealership directly, but the numbers they give you never get answered by the after-sales team. For almost 3, nearly 4 weeks, I have been trying to claim something that was faulty in my car. All they do is delay, and they just try to run out the warranty so they can wash their hands of it. Avoid buying from this company—it’s the worst. After the sale, it all falls apart

Poor communication! Once I received my vehicle and they said they did the transfer of tax etc. I tried to change my number plate when I discovered I had been driving 2 weeks with no tax because they didn’t do what they had promised. Once I brought it to their attention they’ve made no attempt to rectify

Such a smooth experience. Getting a new car can be very stressful but Zenith Motor Company were really supportive and hands-on throughout the process. They explained all my options and I felt like they had my best interests at heart. Very happy with my new car!
