Challenges with Zenith Management: A Personal Account of Service Shortcomings
I'm not sure how Zenith Management receives positive reviews, as my personal experiences with their staff have been predominantly negative. They seem uninterested in being helpful, instead setting numerous restrictions and offering unconvincing explanations. They failed to explain why I had to pay the management fee three months in advance, and they sent me a letter that didn't stand out as important amid a flood of incoming emails. Subsequently, they sent another notice about arrears, again without highlighting its importance, simply titled 'arrears reminder for apartment.' As usual, the communication was impersonally addressed as 'Dear Leaseholder.' Moreover, I have no idea whether they have imposed a fine due to my arrears of payment.

Ironing out wrinkles
Management of our building was recently taken over by Zenith and inevitably there are small wrinkles to iron out at the start. I have to say that, so far, i have found the support teams extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. The company management are not professional and need a lot to learn to reach the professionalism. Lots if discrimination is going on and minimum wages paid for very long shifts.
