1 month and still hasn't arrived, excuse after excuse.

It's Cheap Chinese knockoffs. not worth the price. tracking shows the package shipping from China and it takes a couple weeks (if you get it at all). buyer Beware...

I was signed up for “elite care” when buying a product only to find a recurring charge of $15.00 USD on my bank statement. There is seemingly no way to cancel.

Gave a zen puff to my pal John, much bigger success than expected.he is in a wheelchair with prog MS, his legs gave way 3 years ago and now his hands are going. He can’t easily consume his prescription meds as the medical vapes are too hard for his hands, and loading is just difficult, but problems solved, as an engineer he thinks zen puff is brilliant. He can load, hold, use and clean his Zenpuff. He thinks engineers built it.

Not my first Zen Puff purchase, so I knew what I was getting. New bubblers are just as good as my first one. 👍👍 two thumbs up.

I don't remember the exact date, but the purchase was in late July 2026 and delivered in early August 2026.

Was was marked as delivered even though I never got it, here we are much later. No money, no product. Please save your money.

This product comes directly from China. My order was sent to an address over 5 miles from my house, and I have been playing "email tag" with what is most likely an AI-Bot at this point. I really don't think I will ever receive the replacement I was told was coming and will probably just lose my roughly $60. It has been over 5 weeks since my order was placed and paid. The delivery company even tool a picture of the package at the WRONG HOUSE. I have asked for a refund, so we will see how this company lives up to their "satisfaction guaranteed" from their website. Do not order this product.

It took over 3 weeks to get my order and then a month after I received it I started getting billed $14.00 twice and have no clue why. Sent an email, no response and got billed again. WTF

I received a knock off that failed after the first use. The company logo is not stamped anywhere on the box or product. The first session worked fine. I took it apart later, cleaned it with mild soap and water and put it back together. It no longer works at all. I do not reccomend this product at all

This firm does not respond to any inquiries about their product.I have tried 4 different times different days .
