3/3 products defective
I placed an order in late 2024, it took over a month to arrive inspite of every product being listed as available.
All three products have major defects which include:
- USB-C out not working / fried a small technical appliance (voltage too high?!)
- Loude high pitch noise while charging
- Off-center MagSafe charger
- Magnets on charger too weak to hold landscape phone
I really would not buy anthing from Zens anymore, 230€ down the drain

Great customer service!
This is my first time using a wireless charging device. I expected it to be the same as using a cord for charging. I emailed customer service and received a quick response, which detailed how wireless charging works. I was offered advice on how to speed up the charging time as well as an offer to write back if I was still unsure how to properly use the charging station. Follow up help after purchasing a product is very important to me and Zens definitely checked that box!

Ik kan de oplader niet gebruiken voor…
Ik kan de oplader niet gebruiken voor mijn telefoon omdat daar een vaste hoes omheen zit. En dat kan wel op de oplader voor 2 apparaten van Zens. Ik kocht deze 4 in 1 omdat ik ook AirPods wil kopen zodat ik maar 1 oplader nodig heb
Baal enorm. Wil hem terug sturen maar weet niet of dit nog kan en hoe.
Zonde van mijn geld. Kunt u mij helpen?

Great product
Great product! If you’re looking for a solidly built and aesthetic device, look no further.
I love not having to depend on the dodgy charging port anymore.
Shipping was a bit opaque, but it did arrive in the end.

Avoid looks good but poor quality and don’t work.
Ducking useless. We have the liberty glass induction charger, failed after 5 months, the new one won’t charge phones with cases, sorry it should charge 2 phones can only do1, its a ducking £200 induction charger is should charge when I am near it!! They look great but quality is poor and they are faceless, no direct contact!! Don’t waste your money

Got a defective product, but was taken care of
So it appears that I got them out of the box product that was bad which is out of anybody’s control. I’m just a little disappointed that some of the back-and-forth through email took almost a week. But in the end, I do feel like quality wise. It does seem like a good product seems like a good company overall for the modular series. Maybe in the future, you guys could consider having the connections on either side of the unit so people can adjust according to their desk or nightstand
