Zenserp took $1,362 of mine and now isn't responding
I bought Zenserp's highest volume plan ($1599 /mo) in order to get 1M credits. Without notice, over 85% of the credits were drained from my account. I was using this on a production app, used by many users, so this was a big concern for me. Their customer service team has ignored all my emails about this, despite my email client showing that they opened the emails.
Update: Their parent company has returned my emails. They basically said that they couldn't honor what their previous representative had told me (he doesn't work there any more apparently), so they won't refund me. I'll be leaving my 1 star review as is unless I hear more from them.
