A very friendly well organised business, kept up-to date as things progressed, would recommend anyone thinking of extending their lease to look up 'Zerodown' they will look after everything.

I needed used the professional services of Zero Down Lease last year.
I was very close to 80 years on my lease and I was limited by time with extending my lease.
When I requested their services Hannah called me back at the time agreed, she explained to me the process in detail and gave me the best option for achieving the purchase of the lease.
During the process I had regular emails informing me about the stages of the process and everything was finalised within the time frame agreed.
Everyone in the company was very supportive and tried their best to deliver what they whey agreed to do in the first discussion we had.
I want to add that I paid for the services provided at the end, as it was advertised.
I am very happy with their services, with the way the handled my case and I recomand this company to anyone who wants a reliable, professional company and peace of mind that the job will be done.

To give some context the current situation with my lease extension and buyer is proving very tricky to say the least. I reached out and spoke with Hannah for some advice, and information on options available and came away feeling both reassured and my questions answered. She was very proffesional throughout and gave clear and concise answers and explained what the options available.
