Helpful employee
One of the salesladies at the Staples in Cranberry Township was extremely helpful. I have very limited knowledge about technology. She explained everything in such a way that it was easy to understand and made me feel at ease.

Resposta da Zero Waste USA
Jim,
I do apologize. I wanted to confirm it was a Zero Waste dispenser. I did look through our records and I could not find an account for you. Can you please contact us at 800-789-2563 and I will send out a lock and key set free of charge. It will be sent out 2day express and the new lock and key should work perfect.
Thank you,
Zero Waste Customer Service Team
