The quality of the work seems excellent and the effort to find the best solution for my situation was great. This of course was necessary as the real challenges were only identified by the technical workers when they came on site to fit and not by the salesmen- ideally situation and proposal should be seen by those fitting it before contract// costing agreed.

please do not put any effort or time into this company. i’ve worked for their phone lines and they do not pay their staff and refused to acknowledge what they’re due. avoid at all costs

Great sales experience from start to finish. Very informative and educated sales team, including the office support team, for follow-up questions and queries. Zest energy fitted solar panels and batteries to our property. The service was very fast, from the first consultancy to fitting of the equipment it was only 6 days. We were happy with Paul's explanation of what we needed and how it was to be fitted and the Green loan available from Capital Credit Union. The actual fitters were also great, courteous, explained things and consulted us about where things could be fitted.

Installation was great original meter hasnt noved since panels installed,after sales care not so as still unsure how everything works. Unable to gain access to app on phone. Otherwise all good

Honest and proffesional from start to finish

The job only just completed, but on the first day the system seems to be performing as expected. I have had both prior to, and during installation, a few questions. The Admin team answered my queries /questions promtly and to my satisfaction. The installers also did a good job, working well into the evening in order to finish. They were also happy to discuss details and minor changes that I requested to fit in with my wishes.

Very good work by professionals and fast boiler installation in two days from order to install as we needed heating fixed for invulnerability purposes

The installers were very professional and we were happy with the installation of our solar panels.
We were not impressed by the salesman as we felt
he was very pushy and didn’t seem to have practical knowledge of the system. He didn’t seem to know exactly how many solar panels we would need. We felt he was only interested in making a sale.
