I am a satisfied customer of Zestige. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the surgeon, Dr Meena, did a commendable job. While the results are still unfolding, the early signs are positive. I'm not giving a perfect score because of the relatively higher cost than other clinics. Still, if the results continue to impress, it will be money well spent.

I’m now two months post surgery. Progress has been great and Zestige have been absolutely brilliant every step, checking in to make sure everything is ok and letting me know what I should be doing to treat the transplanted area. The surgery itself was also brilliant, was made to feel very comfortable and all staff were nice and welcoming.

Communication about the procedure leading into the day and then as soon as I arrived was excellent. It was obvious that 'my team' for the day were some of the best in the business and I felt very reassured and relaxed in their hands.
I was able to communicate with Brindon before, during and after and he has always responded positively.

I have just had my procedure yesterday at Zestige and overall could not be any happier with the experience.
The care prior to the procedure was brilliant, very reassuring.
On the day itself I was overwhelmed with the care and attention to detail which I experienced. Every aspect of the day is cared for. The gentleman who carried out the pre work and also on the day were punctual and reassuring.
The ladies who carried out my procedure were really amazing. The effort, skill and patience shown through out was fantastic. I know they must do a lot of these procedures but they must make each one seem unique and that is extremely satisfying.
I have not had my results yet so will post in due course but knowing that my friends have already been and seen the results I know I am going to pleased.
The main thing about anything when buying a product is how you feel when you are there, and this place is everything you could ask for. Incredible staff and care. Anyone wanting a transplant, I really wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I have held off on writing a review because I wanted to see the true extent of the difference that the transplant has made. It has been a year now since the procedure, and I cannot believe just how good it has turned out. Not only has the final product turned out better than I ever imagined but I have to say that the procedure from the initial consultation to the aftercare I received was done with complete discretion, professionally and with that personal care that I think everyone hopes for. I would 100% recommend Zestige and in particular Brindon himself, to anybody that was looking at having a hair transplant. I have recommended three other people to go there since my surgery and everyone I have sent have said they experienced the same level of service that I did. You really don’t need to look any further.

I would like to start by thanking everyone at zestige. From initial consultation to the day of surgery, everything was very smooth. Caj did the consultation and answered every questions was very helpful. Dr Meena and the technical team (Shreya, naushad) all were great. After transplant, Caj has been in touch and answers any query which is great and makes you feel comfortable if you are worried about any thing. Cannot speak highly enough of this company. I decided it was time for a hair transplant and saw the results friends of mine have got from using Zestige so i jumped on a video call with Caj who was very informative and i booked in straight away and paid my deposit. About a week later i realised id booked the wrong day and messaged Caj, this was of no problem and the day was changed without any issue. I turned up on the day its self and was met by Brushoth who was great, and filled in the forms before going in to the treatment room. My surgeon was Meena and she was fantastic and we had a bit of a laugh before the procedure started which always helps! My transplant area was not very big (sides had receded a bit) but when i said i wanted it to look natural and dense, she said not to worry and she would put in as many grafts as she could. I ended up with 1,850 grafts which really shows the effort they will make to give you only the best quality results and i can already see how good this is going to look. I was expecting a painful 7 hours but was surprised that there was barely any pain. The rest of the day i was laying on my back with netflix on as they worked on my head. I had another team extracting the grafts and placing them in the incisions, i did not get their names but again, fantastic. They said i had good grafts and when asking what determines that, they did not only explain but showed me on my own grafts, again going above any beyond in my eyes. After the day was finished Brushoth went through the aftercare and gave me the bits needed. Now i was just waiting for the injections to ware off and the pain to kick in. Its been 24 hours since the procedure now and honestly, not even an itch or any discomfort, which i am pleasantly surprised with. CAJ messaged me first thing with a reminder of what i need to do and when to do it and has already messaged me to find out how i am doing and to remind me of what i need to do tomorrow, so fantastic aftercare and I know i can message him anytime with any questions i have. All in all i was expecting good things from this company based on the recommendation from friends but they have really exceeded that. I would highly recommend.

Writing this a month after my hair transplant procedure. Zestige have exceeded my expectations from from the initial consultation to recovery process. Caj has been great in communication over WhatsApp, sometimes in the evening and weekends with some reassurance when needed. Caj was super informative at the consultation and the procedure itself was done smoothly and professional by a team of 4 or 5 practitioners.
The only this I would say could improve is having a clearer understanding of the recovery process from the beginning, maybe in a form of a leaflet explaining the stages but this has been covered covered really well in messages from Caj.

I am two days post procedure and am really pleased so far with how the treatment and after care has gone.
Caj reassured me from my consultation that I could relax in his care and that I would be in good hands when I arrived for my appointment. Caj was true to his word and the procedure was comfortable and exactly how he had described it would be.
Caj has been excellent with the post procedure after care with daily messages and reminders to check in with my progress and keep me updated on what I should be doing to aid my recovery.
I will have no hesitation in recommending Zestige to friends and family members.

If you are considering a hair transplant no doubt you have followed a similar path to me and researched various options online. I considered having the procedure both abroad and in the UK as the cost was marginally cheaper abroad (from reputable foreign providers, at the lower end significantly cheaper but this was not an option I was prepared to consider - I wanted the reassurance of a professional company). I looked at various providers before deciding 1 - Have the procedure done in the UK and 2 - Go with Zestige.
Reasons for UK - No travel/accomodation costs or travel associated risks, no language barrier, immediate medical backup from NHS/private health care should there be a problem. Reasons for Zestige - Colleagues had their procedures completed with Zestige and all reported very positively and results looked fantastic, Zestige are well known in the industry and have an exemplary reputation, Colleagues reported that their after care was exceptional. 3 weeks ago I had the procedure, the facilities and staff were first class, Dr Zareie conducted the procedure and she gave me very detailed information, answering my questions and explaining what would happen and why. All the staff at the clinic were friendly and helpful, their expert knowledge gave me great confidence in them and the procedure. What further sets Zestige apart is their aftercare. Caj was my guide before the procedure and afterwards. I had not anticipated the concerns and questions I would have post procedure e.g. should I apply shampoo direct to the transplanted area now? Is it healing properly? Can I wear my crash helmet now? Contact sports? etc.etc. It is important to realise everyone heals at different speeds therefore generic advice may not be right in an individual circumstance and this is where Caj was fantastic because I could send him pictures of the transplanted area and he answered all my questions within an hour or so of my asking, even at weekends. Zestige also have an emergency help number (fortunately I did not need it but was reassured it was there). I cannot really comment about the end result yet because it is far to early, however the procedure and post op care has been exceptional from the Zestige team which is why I have taken time to complete a detailed review and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Excellent facility and the staff are very professional, I had no need to be nervous it was a very calm and relaxed procedure.
The after care was extremely good providing all the information I will need to follow to help with the recovery.

Brindon, Caj and the team made me feel very relaxed on the day and continue to offer support with daily check ins. I know it’s a long process now for the full results, but so far I’m very happy with the progress.

Had a consult virtually and got to say, I felt very very comfortable and assured that these guys would look after me.
They explained everything well, were NOT pushy at all and let me have some space to decide.
They didn’t offer me any ghetto discounts to persuade me like a few of their competitors did.
I like the fact they’ve done lots of celebrities so I know I was in good hands too. I’ve confirmed my transplant now and looking forward to a life with good hair!!
