Resposta da Zhoosh Paints
Hi Paul,
I am so sorry to hear this. Would you be able to send in a photo of the work done to info@zhooshpaints.com and we will be able to have our colour technicians take a look and advise, we can work with you to resolve the issue?
Typically with deeper shades of paint such as Sundowner we would expect a 3rd coat to be needed.
Thanks for your updated response Paul. Would you be able to send those photos and we can review them in the lab? Alternatively one of our colour technicians is based near your area and could come and take a look?
As a new company we take all feedback seriously and especially when something isn't quite right. We want to ensure we are achieving great customer satisfaction and work with the customer to resolve any issues you have faced.
Many thanks
Zhoosh Team

Apologies for the confusion John, we will look into changing the wording around our patches. We trust you were happy with the service by cancelling and refunding your order as soon as your request came in.
Very happy
I love that the sticker samples have actually been painted with the real paint so you can tell it's the exact colour and finish of what you'll order.
