I used Zita Wests vitamins and read Zitas book when I first did IVF to have my now five year old. The book was great, really informative and a great source of comfort as she guides you through all elements of the IVF journey. I felt like the vitamins had everything covered and not just the standard stuff you might find in the shops. I have now just had a free consultation with a lovely nutritionist, Rebecca who helped advise me on vitamins to take ahead of a frozen transfer. Very happy.

Honestly the best company I have come…
Honestly the best company I have come across in a long time. Ordered directly from them. I was recommended the Vital DHA by a woman who was 40, struggling with infertility and miscarriages. She started taking the Zita West Vital DHA’s and folate and had her partner on only the Vital DHA and her partner is a heavy smoker so she thought between age, infertility and that she would have to go for IVF. Nope pregnant after using the Vital DHA. So I went on to buy them but noticed they weren’t available to me on Amazon UK because I live in Ireland and Amazon have opened an Irish Amazon but there’s nothing on Irish Amazon and didn’t warn businesses or customers about the transfer. Very annoying for Irish customers so I ordered directly and got onto Zita West and asked was this the case. A person called Francesca emailed me back same day which rarely happens these days and investigated the Amazon situation for me as it had happened with other products I order from Amazon. Came back to me and everything with the answer. Have found so much recently that prices have gone up but customer service has gone down. Francesca was professional and polite when I was expressing my annoyance. Really good person. Both my husband and I are now on the Vital DHA’s and I have taken other what I thought were good brands of omegas before but we both feel really good on the Vital DHA’s and feel like they are actually making a difference to our health. Would highly recommend them and the customer support is second to none. Thank you for helping me when I was basically venting.

Very bad delivery arrangements
I still haven’t received my order.
A week ago , I got a message that I need to pick up the package from Abu Dhabi post office! That’s not what I paid for. My 1st batch was delivered to my door step! I started coq10 and felt very good. What happened with the second order. With my office hours job 9-5 pm I will never be able to fetch it from the post office. I had to go around ask ppl and finally manage to make a delivery with DHL for myself with additional payment. The delivery is yet to reach me!
it’s really disappointing. Now I have gone 1 week without the supplies which also interrupted the process of me trying to keep things alive and healthy for myself . It wasn’t cheap either. so yes, very disappointed customer.

Zita West products have supported me throughout my trying to conceive and pregnancy journey.
I started taking their supplements about 3 months prior to our first IVF cycle, and we were fortunate enough to get pregnant first time.
My pregnancy has been far from easy but I am now almost 36 weeks and looking forward to meeting our baby boy.
I have been very consistent with taking Zita West supplements during each stage of pregnancy and have always had perfect blood results throughout.
I will be recommending Zita West to those trying to conceive and who are already pregnant as their products are elite!
There are no magic pills that help you get pregnant, but taking high quality supplements will help your body get into the best position to do so.
