I can't recommend Zita West products enough! I truly believe I would not have fallen pregnant 3 times without both my husband and I taking them. I absolutely love that you can buy in 'packs' depending on what stage you're at, rather than trying to individually figure out what you need. Customer support have always replied quickly and have always been super helpful, I always receive my packages promptly with no issues. Extremely disappointing experience
I placed an order on July 22nd and didn’t receive anything for two weeks. When I contacted customer support, I was told that they had simply forgotten to ship it.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially because I’m in the middle of IVF preparation and was relying on these supplements to arrive on time. Every day counts, and this delay caused me a lot of unnecessary stress.
Extremely disappointing experience.

This was down to human error, another customer from your international location cancelled their order, and yours — being the only other open order from that location — was mistakenly cancelled by the warehouse.

Excellent customer service
Experience of purchasing vitamins was easy and the customer service were execellent. I realised I wanted to add to the order and have just the one delivery charge. So I had 2 orders, but they refunded 2nd delivery charge and sent within one order. They were very responsive and helpful.

IVF protocol led to a positive
I was taking the IVF protocol for 4 months prior to my IVF cycle. I got more good quality embryos than anticipated by my specialists (double!) and my following FET has been successful with a positive pregnancy test. Obviously nothing is a magic weapon against infertility but I truly believe the supplements have helped and would recommend them to anyone

Years of unexplained infertility to à successful birth in May 2025
After struggling with unexplained infertility for many years, my husband and I (both in our early 40s) had been trying to conceive for 5–6 years. Following three years of taking Impryl supplements without success, we were advised by a fertility therapist to consider switching to Zita West products.
In May 2024, I had a 20-minute phone consultation with Isabelle from the Zita West team. She took the time to understand my medical history, lifestyle, and diet. Her advice was practical and tailored to my individual needs. She helped me identify the right products to support fertility, without spending unnecessarily on items that wouldn’t benefit me.
Isabelle recommended the premium multivitamin and multimineral supplements developed specifically to support fertility, correct nutritional imbalances, and prepare the body for conception. From the start, I felt completely confident in Isabelle’s expertise and trusted her guidance. I truly believed that with her support, I had the best possible chance of conceiving that year.
After a few months of taking the recommended supplements, I noticed positive changes in my hormonal balance and energy levels. In October 2024, to our joy and disbelief, I found out I was pregnant — our first successful pregnancy after a loss in 2022 and years of disappointment.
