Absolutely horrible. Shoes didn't fit and trying to get ahold of anyone, and exchange is ridiculous. Will never buy from Zulily again

Good quality items at a great price. Jacket is very soft and warm. Delivery was prompt and my items were packaged well.

Not a good quality. Arrived late for my trip but happy because I bought another jacket of better quality for about the same price. Will be trying to return.

I used to love Zulily so much and ordered all the time. Evidently the boots I ordered were not available - so they issued me a refund. Ok, but not the entire amount. I was still charged for shipping! And I didn’t cancel the order! This is not right!!

It got me home safe! Seats were narrow and uncomfortable, virtually no legroom! Didn’t pay for comfort so can’t complain! All in all it was ok and I arrived home.

Size of jacket not equivalent to my current size. With lining in sleeves, it is hard to get on with a shirt on.

These guys email a ridiculous amount of SPAM!? I have unsubscribed many times and they don't stop! I cannot stand this brand

I ordered bamboo sheets on Zulily. The product is wonderful and price was great. Delivery was on time. I will be looking to them for future purchases!

From someone who purchased almost daily on the original Zulily & spent well over $15,000 over the years, this new site is disappointing for the following:
1) Extremely limited sizes 2) List vs Sale price not a bargain 20% off maybe 3) True list prices are not accurate on too many items (I check anything I am interested in) and that makes me distrust you/this platform 4) Quality of clothing is now starting to improve but not what I would purchase. I was addicted to Zulily for a decade ... now check 1-2 times a week. Always looking for a bargain that I can't get at a local store or Amazon.

Very frustrated that I cannot exchange the item for a different size. I couldn't even talk to an actual person just an AI robot. Very frustrating experience

The fit and the quality was great for the price.
