Took a long time to receive item. Quality wasn’t great or what I expected either. I can see why it was so cheap.

Nice products, great sale

Without explanation, my sandals was canceled. I received a notification for a refund that did not include shipping fees, or the return plan.
I reached out to customer service and received the above, however, I did not have what I needed for my cruise.

I ordered a pair of soft footbed Birkenstocks in the color sandcastle. They were stuck in California on a mass palette for week. When they finally arrived they were the wrong color and not the correct footbed. I returned them and it took over a week from the time Zulily received them to credit my account. I am very disappointed in this purchase on several levels.

My order was delivered within the timeframe promised. My item was exactly as I expected, they are beautiful. Can’t wait to wear them

Both pair of shoes were too big. When I tried to send them back, it said ineligible for return. Now I’m stuck. I will never order from Zulily again! Each pair was $100.00. I out $200.00!

Great products with very fast shipping

Zulilly made me an offer I couldn't refuse: 3 items for $25. That's $25 total, not each! I picked three items and when they arrived I was surprised by the good quality. I received a cute pair of ugg-like boots, a matching-colored animal print fleece jacket, and a collared shirt I will give as a gift to my son. WOW! I got my money's worth! I highly recommend.

First of all, the quality of the items that I ordered and the price that I paid for them was great. I was so happy with my boots, and my husband was extremally happy with his shoes. We also got them very fast. I will defiantly order from Zulily again.

My orders seem to arrive much earlier than they used to with Zulily. My only complaint is that there isn't enough items on Zulily--perhaps I am used to how Zulily used to be and maybe that's not sustainable anymore, but I liked having a wide range to shop from. That's why I gave a four-star review instead of five.

Shipping was a bit slow, but product was quality and at a good price.

The selection of items is wonderful as well as the very reasonable pricing.

Boots arrived exactly as described and quickly too!

The baseball hat was exactly as described. It was packaged very securely and it arrived within the time frame. Also, the price was very good for a Yankees baseball hat!!
