Spoke to two Zzoomm operatives today & they were both very helpful, above & beyond, when you consider that I really don't get on with technology! ! Big thanks to both Bess & Jonny and yes, managed to sort out my problem over the phone.

After writing original review I want to update the situation that we are now up and running with a new router after the engineer visit was bought forward. A further phone call then improved the speed.
I’m frustrated that things took so long but I will complement ZZOOMM that their emails are personal rather than generic and do answer the points raised. At times the help line is superb, but sometimes falls short as quality of the line is not great.
So thank you to them for sorting but lose a star for the length of time it took
I have been with Zzoomm for about 15 months and to date have had nothing but good things to say about the provision and customer services. However my service went down over 2 weeks ago and after many diagnostics over the phone I was told that an engineer visit would be booked. However the date given was 9 days ahead - and should have been today. I was told that an engineer’pull forward’ was requested - but no luck with this. I waited for an engineer today - and phoned about 10am to hear that the call had been cancelled! No one had let me know this. They mentioned that the next possible visit is the end of next week! I have phoned back and emailed asking for someone senior to call me and confirm a swift resolution- but it’s now nearly 5pm and nothing.
I so regret moving to Zzoomm now and unless a quick solution is reached, I won’t renew my contract

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism from Zzoomm. I have attempted to cancel my service and provided the required notice, but the company has now completely stopped responding to my communications.
Ignoring a customer is not a valid retention strategy. I have a clear paper trail of my requests, and since Zzoomm is refusing to acknowledge my cancellation and have sent further bills, I am now preparing a formal complaint for the Communications Ombudsman. I shouldn't have to fight this hard just to end a contract.
Prospective customers: be wary, they make it very easy to join, but nearly impossible to leave.

The only reason I gave 5 stars was for Rachel who after days of unanswered calls and emails final got the job done
As a company I would never recommend Zzoomm internet service is terrible and customer service is no existent

Well done Alexandra. She wrestled with the system to try to identify what had gone wrong. At the end of the day she was empowered to put it right for me, even if the system couldn't explain the issue. Remaining very courteous throughout.

I was getting a message saying l need to activate and when clicked on activate nothing was happening and phoned and spoke to Riz and all was going to be checked and to get back to me. All was explained to me whilst on phone in a very pleasant manner. I was to receive an email with what was happening but waiting for email reply it all came to be working correctly and the activate notice had gone and never returned. So all was now back to normal.

I spoke to Alexandra from the loyalty team today and despite having several options to improve my broadband at home including reducing my contract price going forward. Within a few min and with a really pleasant attitude Alexandra had not only reduced my monthly cost but also doubled my speed. I was genuinely ready to move to another provider until she convinced me to stay.
