We have had Zzoom Fibre for quite a while now and it’s been excellent. But last week I noticed that our sky glass wasn’t performing as good as it was with buffering and pausing. I rang Zzoom technical and spoke to Marc Ivhann who was very polite and helpful. He ran some tests and spotted a problem with the receiving boxes not communicating. Once we had cleared the fault and rebooted the system it’s back to the excellent performance it was. Big thanks to Marc Ivhann for his tech support and help.

I had a previous problem that was quickly resolved by a call to Customer Services earlier in the day.
To improve my security I wanted to modify my User ID etc but found difficulty in doing it myself.
Made a call to Customer Services that was answered promptly by Bethan.
She listened to my requirements and at my request made the change for me.

Not having the best experience with this service! First time round agent talked me through a fix, it lasted a couple of days and then again no service! Bought a new router again great for a couple of weeks and now sat with no internet and it will be 24/48 hours before someone can help and had to go back to old router so they can help … guessing it will be Monday now as they don’t do Sundays! Which is great seeing I have to work from 0000 Monday morning ..needing internet to work , not the best is it

Embarrassing.
Zzoomm postponed an engineer visit three times in one day, assuring me every time they were still attending. With the knowledge that I had to leave to house for an appointment - which I duly missed after complete reassurance the engineer would arrive.
Absolutely no communication, I had to sit on hold and chase for updates every. single. time. This is despite their website proudly claiming "if there's ever a delay, we'll make sure to keep you updated".
For all the fake apologies, the best they could offer me was another date 3 WEEKS AWAY! This is after waiting 2 weeks for the engineer visit. All to plug a new box into a pre-existing line.
After choosing to then cancel, I was forced to sit on hold again for the 'retention teams', which, after waiting, eventually bounced back to the customer support agent because the retention team has gone home.
I don't want to be retained. I want to rid myself of this awful company before they decide to take my money for their awful service.

Rang on first day in new home. Jonny spoke to me about cancelling old address account and starting new package in the new abode. Jonny was incredibly thorough and very pleasant to talk to. Late Friday afternoon and he still was fresh and enthusiastic. Credit to him and Zoom team.

Had new modern RCBO consumer unit fitted yesterday. Loss of electricity effected ZZOOMM internet and Wi-fi connectivity. This am Jesson in Customer Care sorted out the ONT, router and extender internet and WiFi connections. Rating 5 Stars

Although there were technical issues with my internet installation, the team of engineers were helpful and polite in both visits.
The second visit was held by engineers Paul Lambert and Thomas Bull; they explained their work and the length of their visit.

Marie diagnosed problem quickly and sorted issue promptly. No waiting in queue to speak to an advisor unlike other competitors. Excellent service.
