Experiencing intermittent connection problems. Customer service person called Ruben was polite and experienced. He checked the line and found The problem with my modem and sorted It. We are hoping this solves the problem and if not to reply to the email and he will endeavour to sort it. It’s nice to know someone is there to help. Thank you Ruben 😊

Had issue with telephone number porting from previous network .

Had an internet connection issue on a bank holiday, called the helpline and within a short while the operator had talked me through all the steps needed to diagnose the fault and then took me through all the steps needed to resolved the issue. Thank you.

Decent provider. Fast & stable connection. Reasonable price.
Has email address for contact / support, on website homepage. With actual humans involved! ~ No LLM aigent slop. :D
Recently Zzoomm changed to using a CGNAT ISP-level WAN, which 100% borked my self-hosting ability (ie; unable to port-forward).
~ However, a somewhat technical email to support explaining the issue got a great response (from Kiaya) approx 2 weeks later (10 working days), with a permanent solution put in place at no additional cost.
Best customer service I have had in many years from a large company.
[Note: This is the 3rd time I have tried posting this review, since 5 Dec 2025.
Trusspilot keeps taking them down without any clear reason, and either ignores emails outright or gives a bot-based non-response.
Only customer disservice from Trashpilot.
Whereas Zzoomm customer service has been fantastic.]

I had a email off Reaz telling me I had a new 12month contract and also they had given me a discount from last year I was very pleased to hear this and have never had any problem with Zzoomm would recammend any time.

Got through to speak with someone quite quickly. Although the telephone line was not the best which made understanding what the customer service representative was saying difficult, we managed to get my issue across and the representative made some adjustments at his end remotely. Initial tests seemed ok but will wait and see if it has been resolved effectively. Representative was courteous throughout and said to ring back if problem persists.

Absoloute joke of a company call service agents hang up the phone on you asked to raise a formal complaint no complaint logged asked for a manger callback waited the alloted time no call back. Called back to find that hadn't been logged either . Failed installation on Tuesday ( been without Internet two weeks already now their telling me another 2 weeks) would leave 0 stars if I could

What a shambles, internet couldn't be installed on the agreed date then the following date provided for installation was nearly 2 weeks later. When you need internet for working from home this is just unacceptable. Speaking to the non UK based call center I just got fobbed off with everything taking 24-48 hours until something would happen. This is poor customer service and I haven't even got broadband yet. I'm likely going to take my business elsewhere, even if it costs more.
