Had difficulty getting a local number as I moved from West Midlands and couldn’t bring number with me. Zoom initially gave me a 0330 number which I wasn’t happy with as I wanted a local code , so after a couple of calls getting nowhere I decided to cancel the phone side of my contract and in doing that I got Rachael on the line and she sorted it all out for me , so thank you so much and the five stars are yours Rachael. A happy customer now .

BeFibre has been brilliant, now merged with zzoomm and my first experience with zzoomm customer service was beyond first class or even business class, really appreciate the professionalism, insight, supportiveness, and patience nature of MAXINE. How can I start. Didn't do the one switch process. So when they contacted me to cancel my installation, I was unable to change my cancellation with my provider. Am now without internet for a whole week. Plus at no point was I contacted by zzoomm about my up and coming appointment. I had to ring them to make sure they were still coming. Got text messages and email two days before after the phone call. Customer service were very polite yes, but doesn't change the fact of poor service.

We are the Worcester Christadelphian community and wanted to leave this review to publicly thank Zzoomm for their outstanding service.
Our community hall on St Georges Lane North is a vital hub for local groups – including the Worcestershire Symphony Orchestra, British Sign Language classes with Earshot Communication, regular charity coffee mornings supporting Acorns Children’s Hospice, St Richard’s Hospice, Maggs Day Centre and Worcester Foodbank, plus many other community events and private functions.
In mid-April we were left completely without internet when Sky cut our old copper line ahead of a fibre upgrade that never happened. What followed was nearly a month of total frustration: multiple cancelled orders, two failed Openreach engineer visits (one where they simply didn’t turn up), endless phone calls, and escalation all the way to the BT CEO’s office. Being in a copper switch-off area, we had no fallback. It was incredibly stressful for a busy community venue.
Thankfully, we reached out directly to Zzoomm having seen their staff and vans in the city. Even though our property didn’t show as serviceable on their online checker, their team went above and beyond. They identified a nearby pole that could serve us and connected the hall in under a week – an absolute miracle after everything we’d been through.
The difference is night and day. We now have a full 500Mb synchronous fibre service (500Mbps down and 500Mbps up) for less money per month than the previous quotes, with rock-solid reliability. The installer even came on site, installed the router and set everything up for us – something we never experienced with the big providers.
Zzoomm has shown what real customer service looks like. They genuinely care about every customer, including small community organisations like ours. In an age where good news stories are rare, their rapid and effective solution has been a huge relief for everyone who uses the hall.
We cannot recommend Zzoomm highly enough. If you’re in the Worcester area and want proper full-fibre with excellent support, look no further.

Having been a Zzoomm Business customer for a few years now. Largely the service has been good, you get the speeds that you pay for, the wifi extender regularly disconnects (you're better off buying your own). Reliability is essential for business.
On Thursday (21st May) we had a power cut lasting 12 hours (the router and modem were plugged into a surge protector), however when power was restored, we lost all connectivity. The modem showed connected to the network, and customer services could see it, but couldn't see the router.
I was told that we are a VIP customer, and an engineer visit would be needed and scheduled as a priority. I shared our opening hours of 11am - 7pm. An engineer was scheduled for Tuesday 26th May 8am - 12pm. I paid staff to be in for 3 hours early ready for the visit. No engineer attended despite me receiving multiple reminders from their system about the appointment.
Despite choosing business from the IVR, I reached a generic customer service representative (not business specific) who kept going back and forth with business to find out what was happening, to then get told that my appointment request was never sent to the scheduling team, and as a result no engineer ever accepted the appointment.
No-one can answer when my total loss of service (TLOS) will be resolved, when and engineer will come, how I can have any confidence, or even let me speak with the business team directly.
I'm now sat, still without service, impacting my business on a daily basis. At this point it would be quicker for me to switch to another provider, and I would have more confidence that the appointment for switching would be kept by another provider.
I considered 2* for this review, as service has been largely good over the past few year, but the length of time to resolve a total loss of service for a premium business account, and the lack of communication, transparency or competence with this is giving me zero confidence that I can rely on them in the future.

I have had no broadband since Sunday morning I but they don’t work on Sunday so I couldn’t call on Sunday every other provider are 24/7 .
Phone sat morning very nice and said someone will contact you but no! Phoned again next day told them I need my broadband today still waiting tried calling again before 6pm and was closed an hour before closing time. Only been with them a month and already want to leave so if you work from home expect nothing. Customer service said they usually get back to you between 13 & 14 hours by tomorrow morning that will be a lie. In the end customer service said they will contact you within 2 hours wrong again. Still waiting.

Thank you again REUBEN for your help and patience in sorting out our landline connection, we have been trying to get it sorted since our sign up in April and you sorted it in minutes.

Had a great experience today KHALED had my broadband up and running within minutes, it's a shame that zzoomm modern/router is so bad and everytime the house power trips the broadband won't come back online, never happened with any other service provider!!

Just had broadband installation a couple of days ago, unfortunately while moving router I managed to pull the connection out so plugged back in and no WiFi got in touch with zzoomm, spoke with Sarah and went through what I needed to do, back on line in 2 minutes, brilliant service, 5 star from me , Ron P.
